    I am definitely worried about Frelick now that he's here. That quick short approach especially with two strikes is going to be tested by being around this group. I could see the hitting coaches saying something like look here son you may have been able to get on base and hit 300 down there but here we swing at everything and try to hit home runs even with two strikes. Let's go.

    Given Woodruff has been out all year. Same with Lauer. Miley banged up and no Ashby I am floored that this organization is going to miss one last chance to compete for the first world series in 40 years because of lack of hitting. It's so weird.

    Why people are still pitching to Yelich is pretty amazing. He's basically all they have right now.

    Lane is horrible but he knows that the odds of this team coming up with a big two out hit is non existent. The pressure gets to everyone eventually.

    I agree but the sense of urgency given the situation could be ramped up by pointing out the madness of where things are.

    Montesario hitting cleanup. Wiemer 5th. I just don't understand how this is being allowed to happen. I wish the owner would actually step in a say boys I expect you to do what it takes to make me a champion.

    Once again the Milwaukee media bubble is protecting the management. Imagine the pressure to get something done if this was ny or la. It really is something.

    Unprofessional ab again from Jones. How many ab is this team going to throw away?

    This situation needs more attention. I have not heard Counsell asked about this matter nor Arnold for that matter. There has to be more to this story. I was not aware that Winker on top of being embarrassingly bad is making 10 million dollars. If so this could be ownership saying sorry boys but we aren't cutting loose 10 million dollars.

    Anytime you win a game with Rea in front of Burnes you gotta feel pretty good.

    Frustrating team on offense but Counsell could be doing more small ball all things considered. Waiting for 200 hitters to move guys with base hits is ridiculous.

    This team when you need a groundball hits flyballs. Need a flyball you are going to get a groundball.

    I like this idea. Toro did nothing but hit when here.

    Brewers aren't good hitting team sure but Counsell isn't helping. Runner on second nobody out and a guy hitting 200 up you have to bunt with your stud coming up next. It's madness to continue watching non productive outs time after time.

    Turang could use watching some tape of Frelick and the short stroke.

    Arnold has to be aggressive and get something done now. He's in a tough spot in how far to go to get a bat but I have a bad feeling He's waiting to see what Rowdy is going to look like.

    Another need is a pinch hit bat with power. The bench is horrific.
