They really have not built a team for the ballpark. They should be a pitching and defense team but they seem to not focus on that enough.

I am very interested in knowing more about what Weeks is responsible for day to day. As the associate manager in team history i have no idea how much of this success he is responsible for. It would be nice to hear more about it. Some team like the Pirates would be smart to bring him in for interview if he's an essential part of running things. Anyone have a clue?
