I know I hate to rush this.. With September coming up its way early to be talking about this but I have an idea for the 09 Brewers. Heres my lineup. 1. Roberts-2B 2. Hardy- 3B* 3. Hart- CF* 4. Braun- RF* 5. Gamel- 1B 6. Escobar- SS 7. Weeks- LF* 8. Kendall- C Anyone see a chance of this happening? It would be a VERY cheap lineup and would produce runs along with more speed. Not to mention how much it would free up for the Rotation.

We dont need yet another cheater on this team. I vote No.
  3. sheetswannabe
    Any new news on Braun?
  4. sheetswannabe
Counsell is about as useful as brail on a driveup ATM.
  5. sheetswannabe
Why is counsell still on the team?

Trade Fielder for a number 2 starter (under a few years of contract) and prospect.. Have Gamel play 1st to save money, Sign Sabathia... Give Hardy arby... Let Sheeter walk, take the two picks... sign a 1 year rental in center or keep Cameron. Rotation: Sabathia Gallardo **new pitcher** Grienke? Parra Suppan Lineup: Weeks Hardy Hart Braun Gamel **New centerfielder** Hall Kendall

TGJ and Rottino for Duscherer and Street.

Weeks is clutch. Same with Kapler
  15. sheetswannabe
    5 runs, 14 pitches

While I dont think it will take until 11 or 12 to see Jeremy in the rotation... it wont be 09... Most likely a callup late 09? or 10
  17. sheetswannabe
Bert, Ive heard Fielder mentioned as leader of the clubhouse just as much this year as last year.

Just broke my cheapy at the range, I want a nice one but I dont want to spend over $50, hard to do. Anyone know where I can get one? Or someone selling one? I checked craigslist. No luck

Lapril.. Did any pitcher do good in Boston?
  20. sheetswannabe
McClung is not a starter. DeFlice deserves a start.
  21. sheetswannabe
There goes the real first hit.
  22. sheetswannabe
Lapril: You could have DiFlice, or Villy pitch..Whats the point of limiting your STARTER to 80 pitches in a game...sounds like a bullpen buster IF he does amazing.

Mike had a bum career compared to his bro... Would be kinda funny taking advice from your brother who was way worse. I agree he could come here. Maybe not Burnett, they do need to keep SOME starters there, and he is cheap
  24. sheetswannabe
Fielder, Gamel, and TBNL for Ellsbury and Lester Prince is starting to annoy me

Great call on the Double Steal
