  1. Without Wong in the lineup that looks like a 15 strikeout game to me. I'd like to go to a game but I just can't bring myself to do it when the odds are pretty high that I'll be lucky to see five hits and two runs.
  2. Garcia is probably the best hitter right now. Narvaez has been ice cold before his double last night. By what time period are you measuring? A week, a month, the season? In the Brewers offense, the gap between the “best” hitter and being ice cold is pretty small. If I was looking for a hitter that I thought had the best chance to get a hit or advance a runner, right now I would probably pick Wong. +1...Most likely guy to put the ball in play with a chance for a hit.
  3. please explain. Imagine the boos and questions he would be getting in Boston right now. I still have hopes he will turn it around fwiw. Yea the Bean Towners expect performance and are pretty vocal about it. The press is a whole nother level of nasty as well.
  4. Not sure what the Brewer record is for least hits in a 3 games series but they are going to be close to it I am guessing.
  5. I get that they are not the 27 Yankees but they should not be this helpless at the plate. At some point changes have to be made and after 100 games of this horrid hitting I think now would be a good time where maybe in a month someone different coaching them can put the train back on the rails.
  6. This is the price of Adames (and the cost of Urias failing) that we’re watching The Brewers under water run differential is going to get a lot worse I'm afraid. After tonight they will likely be 21st in the MLB.
  7. Haines is like Dom Capers in that he seems to be untouchable no matter how awful his unit performs. At least Capers did have success at one time. Haines has been a disaster pretty much everywhere he has been.
  8. That should be enough for the Pads. Actually 1 was probably enough.
  9. Musgrove is dealing. Pitch count might be the only thing that saves us from getting no hit.
  10. At least they made him throw some pitches.
