Arcia has definitely modified his front foot lift from his early days. Minors and early career. Now. Front foot lift is nowhere near as high and far back. Much better balance and less dive. https://www.mlb.com/brewers/video/jeremy-hellickson-in-play-run-s-to-orlando-arcia Kind of irks me this wasn't addressed in the minors.

Not sure i would go that high on him. Maybe a tick above average but is really terrible at getting off blocks. Good speed but once someone gets his hands on him it's game over.
