  1. It’s crazy when you compare it to our other playoff teams. They have a legit chance this year
  2. His OPS+ of 39 is the worst in franchise history, “exceeding” Mike Matheny’s 1996 and Tim Johnson’s 1973 OPS+ of 44. Is he in danger of not being on playoff roster if Taylor comes back
  3. Crissakes. What do you think dude If hate to get your take on this one… scares me too much. You got my take. Go back and figure it out It’s pretty damn simple.
  4. Didn't say that at all. I just think he's getting unfairly judged right now immediately after an injury. He's got more time left to get right again, and he will. But, more than fair to be concerned about how long that will take, if that's your point. I agree with that concern. I just don't think it's going to take into late September, let alone the playoffs for that to happen, IMO. That’s a completely separate argument. Im not judging him now. Im just saying he isn’t a lock if he doesn’t show some sort of form coming off a dl stint. That’s all Saying that he’s going to be full blower Freddy peralta after these “rehab” outings is a completely different conversation
  5. So are you saying he never has to show any kind of form until the playoffs start I think your wrong I’m not saying he won’t. But he did just have a dl stint with a sore shoulder I would like to see a couple of nice outings before October.
  6. Peralta's a complete lock for the third pitcher in the playoffs. He's basically doing his rehab assignment in MLB. He'll be completely fine. You think that’s true if he goes four innings 4 earned runs every start the rest of the way. There are some other pitchers pitching their rear ends off. At some point he’s going to have to string some 6-7 inning good outings together I’m with you in saying that it’s at least an 80 percent chance. But I wouldn’t call it a lock. If the rest of the month goes like this
  7. Peralta definitely not a lock to be that third pitcher in the playoffs. He’s going to have to have a couple of good outings the rest of the way here
  8. i will sleep so much better if peralta regains his form tonight or show some semblance of the dominant pitcher weve seen all year
  9. You can go a six man rotation with the big three plus Ashby lauer and houser I don’t care what the lineup looks like
  10. I see that cardinals already gave up a four spot. Yesterday had to be a crushing blow for them
  11. Very weird. Maybe he wants woodruff to get used to 100 pitches coming down the stretch Who knows. Woodruff has been crap today. I don’t see the point of keeping him out there down 4 runs. It’s not like we don’t have a bunch of guys in the pen to go to
