So much for being in a boot for a week and then being re-evaluated. He is right around when he should be returning from the original report of 5-9 days in a boot and then being re-evaluated. So it was a day earlier than the earliest expectations of him returning. If it was Milwaukee he’d be out four weeks past his return date

Absolutely nothing. This would be the most surprising run by a brewers team I can remember. Easily the most surprising playoff team. This team was bad. Bad. Now they aren’t. Bullpens matter. I think at this point you need to root for the Cardinals to smash the Cubs. It will be really hard to make up 3 games with 10 to play. Especially when the cubs play them 7 times which means we aren’t gaining on them. I would be happy with cards or cubs winning 6 out of 7 We got to win tomorrow

I think you can forget about the division. 3 games back with 10 to go. If the cards lose games then the cubs will be winning those so I think it’s time to be a cardinals fan the rest of the year Hopefully the reds can win tonight. Just an all around crappy night
