the Cubs are going to sweep the pirates so of the nationals lose three out of five to the Phillies the cubs are right back in it Same if we get swept or only win one against the reds The cubs aren’t done yet unless they lose a game to the pirates but that is like 100-1 right now. The pirates are middle of the road SEC team right now. Let alone a pro team -

It does kind of suck that the cubs have an automatic 3 wins coming up. That’s why it’s great to be up 4 games. So even if we lose the series against the reds we are still ahead

I'm still really good with a split in this series, as long as the Brewers continue to take care of business. Would love to go into Tuesday's game 1 game down for the division with a two game cushion on the Cubs. I’m fine with that. But we have to win both games. We will see if that happens But if we lose one it would have been infinitely better for the cubs to lose

I would prefer cubs to lose. We better win. If we are only one game up or tied going into final week with the Mets and cubs playing the pirates and marlins while we are at the reds things could flip suddenly
