Could you imagine it dropping another 40 points in the next month? Whoa If I remember correctly didn’t Contreras look hopeless for a month or two before the all star break and then finished pretty strong. Maybe he can find it again?

Looks like last night just prolonged our descent down the standings by a day or so thank god for Diaz. Maybe we can make it through August?

A 2-5 road trip would be pretty bad overall though. But it’s crazy to think that’s what we are hoping for

It will be interesting to see if the pitching will breakdown some, basically having to carry the team for so long now its got to be incredibly stressful to know one home run can end the game right there.

The problem with this team is you can’t sit everybody. Someone has to play. And we are scared of any of the power bats in the minors so at this point you just sit on your hands and lose 3-1 or win 2-1. That’s about it.

Just make it easy on other teams. Our pitchers can hold you down for awhile. But who cares, brewers ain’t scoring either. Then somebody pops a homer and you are fine last night was a fluke of all flukes in the ninth and people thought that was going to be normal service. we can’t hit. At all. People are hanging onto their “poster on the wall” yelich and Contreras and not the reality of it. It’s frustrating to watch

I really wonder if the brewers lean into too much analysis/guessing at pitches in at bats. Just a flat iit guess on my part but they really look bad in at bats game to game
