    The brewers are in ridiculously great shape. You couldn’t ask for a better spot to be in (other than the bye which we screwed up). The cubs are just being annoying which aggravates me . At this point just go away. I would be pissed if they snuck into that last playoff spot.

    Just unbelievable. Too bad the brewers are just terrible right now or they might have actually been in the running for a bye but I guess we will have to settle for rooting against the cubs to get this division thing over as quick as possible

    Brewers might actually end up with a worse record than all three wild card teams. I would have never thought that. Maybe I shouldn’t be pissed at this new format. I’d take all three home games at this point

    I honestly think we might go with a dl hall/ashby combo game in the playoffs. At this point who knows peralta will pitch one game for sure. We just hope he doesn’t suck in the first inning then it’s a crap shoot after that

    Down to 7.5. It will be interesting if it gets to 3-4 games back with around 8 games to go. Hopefully the Rockies nationals and a’s take 3-4 games from them.

    Neither of them are that realistic. I’m just at the point of clinching the playoff spot as soon as possible now this team is young as heck. I still think this magic number will be a slog for awhile.

    We have to start scoring some runs or it could get ugly these next 10-12 games. Those teams aren’t going to give us 5-6 wins easy

    Dodgers are better than us. So are the Phillies. They will win games at a decent clip. I think we are more likely to be fighting at around the 90 win mark by the end of the season then we are at winning the 95-97 wins to catch both of them this team has proven people wrong at different spots throughout the year. But look at our schedule. It’s a beast with a lot of games against teams that are fighting their rear ends off blowing the cards and Rockies home series ended our hope for that. Now it’s about trying to clinch a playoff spot without it getting to late into that last week

    It’s going to be aggravating to have the spend the rest of the season rooting for cubs/cardinals to lose to clinch the division. Come on Yankees losing 4 out of 5 to cardinals and Rockies at home just sucks. In September. But at least we keep getting Milner on these winnable games

    I am so sick of Murphy talking about how the team needs to be intense and be relentless blah blah blah and then he trots out Milner in tie games. Ridiculous. Murphy just said screw it. Let’s just lose this game and another series to the Rockies.
