How can you not compare Wolf to Suppan. Nibbler to the bitter end because he has crappy "stuff." -

I found it humorous to hear the Pirates announcers mock the fan base in TB during today's broadcast. They said, they needed to run a 2-fo-1 ticket offer to get their 14,000 fans there tonight to see this game. How ironic that a crappy-drawing team in Pittsburgh is feeling a superiority complex to the Rays.

Brewers can't blame anyone but themselves if they don't get home field advantage. They control their own destiny. Win. Plain and simple. RR should manage this game like Game 7 of the World Series. Home field advantage for the Brewers means a lot more than it does for Arizona. Just look at the home/road records. Just win, baby!

I still have a fear the Brewers will ultimately be disposed of by the Cards in the playoffs. It would be the ultimate slap in our faces. Someone brought up the Packers and Bears NFC Championsip analogy. Picture feeling like the Bears fans did after that game. I still am rooting against the Cards for the Wild Card. If I'm the Phillies I'm wondering why we get stuck playing one of the hottest teams in baseball in the NLDS.

Because RR will remember the bases loaded walk he had earlier in the game and forget everything else.

The pitching definitely failed the offense tonight. Every time the offense picked up the pitching, they found a way to give the run(s) right back to them in the next inning.
