  1. Would love to see Burnes get through six with two runs Not his best night but he can recover & finish well
  2. No signing bonus, but he requests a retirement plan
  3. He went to my HS I graduated in 1979 https://shreveportbossierjournal.com/2022/07/15/former-parkway-star-eyes-spot-in-first-round-of-sundays-mlb-draft/
  4. I understand … point well taken to be clear - I consider myself to be a devoted fan … I started following the Brewers passionately as a 9-year old when they came over from Seattle in 1970 No matter how much I love them, I can’t help but speak the truth (at least my perceived truth) This is not a good team
  5. I hope with everything in me that Stearns does NOT trade prospects to try & patch this sinking ship of a team … hoping that a few acquisitions will do the trick Anyone who takes off their “homer” glasses can see that our issues are far greater than a few injuries This team is at best mediocre & has no chance of winning in the postseason I’m so tired of all those who defend the Brew Crew & try to point out that it is a long season It is actually easy to see that we are “average” in an awful division This team will NOT get hot at the right time & become the Braves from last year I hope we keep our prospects … I wish we would sell off a few players & acquire more prospects Am I alone? Does anyone truly “believe” that Milwaukee is a good team with a fighting chance of winning anything come October? I simply cannot get there … this has been an incredibly disappointing season to date
  6. Is he evaluating players hard? If so, why are some of these guys on the roster?
  7. needed to do so several weeks ago he’s no better than Trevor Kelley this will be another in a long list of avoidable & unnecessary losses
  8. My thoughts exactly 10 pitch walk to break in the new pitcher Well done by Davis
  9. I knew the inability to score with the bases loaded & no outs in the 2nd inning was important in tonight’s game You can’t miss those opportunities against top level talent like Rodon Hopefully, the Brewers scratch one out I’m off to bed … long day
  10. If we have 3 catchers, why is Severino behind the plate?
  11. Impressive by Rodon Disappointing for Brewers That may prove costly
  12. He should have picked up an OF six weeks ago … I’m terribly disappointed in our management for waiting & hoping that we will survive rather than proactively addressing all of shortcomings
  13. Hiura’s arm in LF is as bad or worse than Yelich’s arm The Brewers need to trade for someone in the OF who is good defensively & a solid bat … or they don’t need to make a trade I understand that Hiura has potential … but a change of scenery may do both parties well
  14. I would be okay with Wiemer & Mitchell & maybe Antione Kelly … I’d like to avoid losing Chourio & Frelick & Small
  15. I understand that we are once again “waiting” for a few players to return (Taylor & Renfroe) … I still wish - assuming we plan to make a trade at the deadline - that we’d done so EARLY as the last month we’ve played mediocre baseball against several weak teams while biding time & defending that decision with “its a long season” & losing several winnable games (both Burnes & Woodruff starts in the last week)
  16. Splitting with the Pirates & losing a series to the Cubs has me in a bad mood Why don’t we play as well at home?
