  1. We need another CF … I’ve seen plenty of Davis … after the “spectacular” play of the week, he misplayed the inside the park HR ball & missed another the next day … since he can’t hit better than Cain, his glove has to be exceptional … we are once again limping along by playing infielders in the OF - not wise
  2. Removing a few players from this roster would make me so happy … but who wants these underperforming players? I’d love for Suter to be DFA’d … he’s been terrible this year Who else? Wong?
  3. I absolutely hate a loss like this before a day off … especially when our ace throws a gem … inexcusable Before we play again on Friday, we need another true OF on the roster
  4. Unbelievable to struggle against such a mediocre team … There is zero excuse for not trading earlier for a quality outfielder This team - as it is constructed - won’t win the division … much less a playoff series Burnes would be unwise to sign an extension with Milwaukee … he’s too good & management is too cheap I love this team, but I’m disgusted with their frugal ways - we’ve lost at least five games this year by trying to patch the team together rather than acquire capable major league talent
  5. I’m not able to watch the game live because of work I just glanced at the score I’m sad to see that Burnes has to be perfect to beat the Cubs at home I’m happy to see that Hiura hit another HR Who the heck is Sampson & why can’t Milwaukee score on a no-name pitcher?
  6. Why can’t we play defense well anymore? Alexander deserves better
  7. Our defense is not good this year These are fairly routine plays for MLB We gifted the dreadful Cubs a run
  8. This team was built around run prevention Botched defensive plays in the first two innings Wong needs to use last year’s glove Rowdy needs to help Urius by coming off the bag to hold the batter to one base
  9. It is excellent I just checked the game & will now watch the 10th inning stress free So glad the Brewers pull off the win Equally excited that I pulled away & kept my blood pressure down It appears the home plate ump is in need of a visit to the optometrist
  10. Good night friends I’m going to watch an old Western movie I’ll check the score later I hate games like this one Great starting pitching & no offense I still believe we are an average team playing in a horrible division
  11. What is the logic or thinking with Hader in a tie game? Is it confidence that we will score to walk it off? We have two hits today & middle or lower order coming to bat
  12. For whatever reason - maybe it’s his 50% strikeout rate - Counsell refuses to play Hiura against righties on a regular basis
  13. He would be a nice addition at the deadline I’m not sure the Cubbies would help the Brewers
  14. I wasn’t clear … I meant “now” while we await Renfroe’s return … someone in place of Hiura who adds nothing defensively & very little offensively We will also need another bat at the trade deadline
  15. Please, dear Lord, don’t let Yelich ground out to 2B ??
  16. Nice job by Severino ? Would love to see Davis give us the lead here
  17. After a few games of hitting the ball well, the Brewers are back to that puzzling place where they look overmatched by a mediocre left-hander Why can’t they consistently hit the ball against lefties? We have some strong RH hitters What am I missing? Today’s game is another in a long list of unwatchable offensive performances (so far)
  18. What is Milwaukee’s W-L record against lefties this year? I believe it is better than what I would think They certainly don’t hit as well against starting LH pitchers, but last I checked their record was close to .500
  19. It definitely cleared the LF wall with room to spare
