  1. We all want to see Yelich earn his salary … but in my opinion - he looks lost … rolling over & producing easy groundouts time & again … hitting in .180 range
  2. We all want to see Yelich earn his salary … but in my opinion - he looks lost … rolling over & producing easy groundouts time & again … hitting in .180 range
  3. Finally! 10 runs … timely hits … a red-hot hitter … in game #18 Before tonight - Milwaukee had given up 60 runs in 17 games (19 of those in 2 games) Pitching - for the most part - has been solid Here’s hoping the offense is beginning to turn things around I’m still concerned with Yelich & Cain I’d like to see Dahl get some time in the OF
  4. I wasn’t sure if he has options … if so, he needs some time in Nashville
  5. I wanted Strickland to return He went to Cincy
  6. I’d like to see the Brewers simply release Cain rather than cut a player that might actually help them this year I like the person … but the player is done Surely one of the AAA CFers could take his place
  7. It appears Cousins is a candidate to be demoted or DFA’d on May 2 when we must drop roster from 28 to 26 with max of 13 pitchers
  8. And if we win tonight we are on pace for 100 wins ⚾️?
  9. 7 innings 1 hit We are 10% of the way into the 2022 season I can only recall a few good offensive games - 0 great games
  10. It certainly looks that way … maybe even 10 innings
  11. I wonder if Wong is still battling a stomach bug OR if this is just a day off Glad to see Taylor in CF instead of Cain
  12. I was hoping to see Yelich resting, McCutcheon in LF, Hiura at DH, & Tellez at 1B Yelich is 0 for 9 since his grand slam Tellez has hit well against both RH & LH pitchers thus far (& last year too) But I’m just a fan with an opinion - hopefully Counsell proves me wrong tonight
  13. Does Suter have an option left? He’s struggled more so than Milner to start the year
  14. We are 10 days away from a mandatory roster reduction - from 28 to 26 I assume Milwaukee will choose to send down one pitcher & one hitter Barring injury, I would guess Milner & either Brosseau or Hiura Who else might be candidates to move back to Nashville?
  15. I assume Milner & one bench bat will go to Nashville on May 1 to reduce roster from 28 to 26 Not sure who gets sent down to make room for Urias - I would guess Hiura or Brosseau
  16. You are correct … but that is a fairly low bar He’s certainly hit the ball well tonight Two days removed from the golden sombrero What a difference a day or two makes All is well again in Brewerland
  17. The disrespect I referenced is Shelton not going with a lefty against Yelich
  18. Yeli bomb That is how you respond to disrespect I hope this is the beginning of his turnaround Grand Slam after a solid double So happy for him
  19. They also lost Pina Early season results have been average at best Even Wong - a gold glover no doubt - has started slowly Adames is better defensively than he has played too
  20. Thank you ? I tried on another MLB.com game to find the alternate audio option, but it was not available on my iPad I will see if such an option is available from my TV next game
  21. I certainly understand your perspective & I’m sure my comments are not pleasant for all to read I was in college the last time the Brewers went to the World Series … like you, I love the team & want the best results I find it therapuetic to vent my frustration on this forum rather than on a public site like Twitter That said … no one wants to see Milwaukee win more than me (I’m sure there is a 100-way tie for most passionate Brewers fan) I’m happy we won today, but I remain concerned that it was so difficult - again I’d like to see a few 9-0 or 10-1 wins … since we’ve endured a few losses by those scores in the early going
