I didn't think I'd be posting on this thread so early, but it occurs to me that we really need to reassess our receiving corps. It was a great story last year when down the stretch everyone was contributing to the point where it was almost impossible to defend against the passing game. This year though, the position has regressed. Reed has practically disappeared in the second half unless you want to count jet sweeps. Wicks, Melton and Heath are just guys right now, and Watson can't stay healthy. Doubs has been somewhat steady but he's no legitimate #1. I believe I saw somewhere that they lead the league in drops. Gute really needs to find a legit #1 in the offseason, whether by draft, free agency or trade. I wouldn't be against bringing Adams back. Take a look at the NFC playoff field as of now. With the exception of Washington, every single team has at least, at least, two receivers on their team that are better than anyone the Packers have. (I'm counting Godwin in Tampa even though he's been out for half the season. Not sure on his status for the playoffs.)
