Sad news, herb Kohl has passed away. Former Bucks owner and U.S. senator Herb Kohl dies at 88 - ESPN

It’s a good thing we have Preston Smith and Quay Walker to hold the fort together at the corner position this Sunday.

I was expecting this. I have a feeling this is far from over.

None of those teams they beat were the Sixers or Celtics. If Crowder is the best we can do to improve the defense, we can look forward to a second round playoff exit, if not another first round.

Staley was also calling the shots on defense and they still played below average, and they have guys like Bosa and Mack. Yes, he'd be an upgrade over Barry. So would a dung beetle. I think we can still do better than Staley. Whether MLF does so is another story. I'm not so sure he will.

The Vikings could pick up a tight end off of somebody else's practice squad tomorrow and he'd go off for 100 yards and two touchdowns against our defense.

And Crosby knocks one in from 52 like he never missed a beat.
  8. HarryDoyle
They certainly need to make a trade to upgrade their defense. At this point I'm not sure they can beat Philly in a seven game series much less Boston.

Perhaps the two of them and their head coach should spend more time at the practice facility and less time shooting commercials. Seems like the three of them have gone Hollywood. That, and Taylor is Yokoing the team.

And does anyone really have any faith that LeFleur will bring in a competent DC to replace Barry or will he just hire another one of his buddies? Barry has been a nepo hire his entire coaching career, at least as a DC.

Or maybe MLF shouldn't go into prevent offense mode up 14 points with the defense we have. Where was Jones for a good chunk of that second half?
  12. HarryDoyle
Or maybe the defense should find a way to get off the field instead of giving up 14 play 8+ minute touchdown drives. Find a best friend that loves you as much as MLF loves Joe Barry.
  13. HarryDoyle
Apparently it's the offense's fault the defense played bad.
  14. HarryDoyle
This game is exactly why Barry should've been fired last week.

  16. HarryDoyle
MLF needs to share the blame playing prevent offense in the fourth quarter.
  17. HarryDoyle
I still had doubts that Barry would be canned after the season. I have no more doubt anymore.
  18. HarryDoyle
Let's see what genius defensive game plan Barry has to protect this one score lead.
  19. HarryDoyle
Another 2nd and a million Joe Barry allows to get converted. Keep thinking he's NOT the problem, MLF.
  20. HarryDoyle
Does MLF really believe so much that the defense can hold a 14 point lead that he's going to bench Jones the rest of the game?
  21. HarryDoyle
Why the frick is Jones not in the game?
  22. HarryDoyle
  23. HarryDoyle
Yeah, he should probably think about filling the A gaps in that situation.
  24. HarryDoyle
    Have a game, Melton.

Thank you Panthers OC for getting away from what was working for you.
