The announced moves includes OF Braylon Payne reinstated from 7-day IL, the addition of LHP José Meneses and OF Josiah Ragsdale from the Arizona Complex League Brewers to the Mudcats and OF Reece Walling released by the Milwaukee Brewers. Ragsdale is the first 2025 draft pick to be promoted to the Mudcats. He was the Milwaukee Brewers 7th round draft pick just last month, out of Boston College. The Carolina Mudcats roster is currently at 30 active players and 6 players on the injured list. After his release on 8/12 (good luck in all future endeavors, baseball and otherwise), this was removed from the initial post in this thread: OF Yhoswar Garcia - Another youthful player, the speedster who was dropped by the Phillies during spring training 2024, will turn 24 in September. All of his triple-slash figures have dropped precipitously with Wisconsin this season, after Garcia was very solid overall with Carolina last year.

The following has been added to the initial post in this thread - RHP Travis MacGregor - Signed as a minor league free agent on 8/9 after his 7/29 release by the Rangers, assigned to Biloxi.

Do we know which players dropped off? It was at least five. They really should list those.
