I'll have it on the background while I do other stuff. If their lead isn't to large by the 8th maybe Chourio and Turang can get a little rally going. Contreras has been hot too. Its clear we'll be lucky to score 1 on Skubal
Fielder's choice to second. Monasterio is the last chance for Nashville.
Nope. Flies out to center and that's the game. Seigler drove in Durbin with a sac fly in the 4th for the Sounds' only rub of the game. Zimmermann gave up 2 (1ER) to extend the Redbirds lead to 5 in the 7th.
Sounds take the series 4-2. On to Charlotte.
Myers went 5IP 6H 3ER 1K 1HR with 60 pitches. I'd think he gets one more rehab outing (75-ish pitches I'm guessing) before he gets called back to the bigs.
Sounds trail 5-1 in the bottom of the 9th with one out. Durbin walked and EMJ K'd. Seigler at bat

Yeah, If the ERA was closer to the 4.75-5.15 I'd be more excited.
We'll se how he does. If we get 400 IP to the tune of a 4.50 ERA over the next 4 years then I'll be happy to have been wrong with my gut feeling with this trade
Well, if the season implodes and Perkins+ one more OFer gets hurt he'll be an interesting depth piece. No disrespect to mister Cameron but if we see him in Milwaukee then things are really, REALLY bad.
Yeah. To me its not about the quantity of pitchers, rather the quality of players. Signings like Pratt require savvy management of the bonus pool and this trade hurts it
Giving up 3 million in slot money is what really sucks. I don't particularly care for the pick per se. Given the recent success acquiring talent in later rounds it really hurts
I really hate this. The Statcast numbers are unimpressive. I liked Yophery and I reaaally hate losing a lot of draft money, considering the Brewer's strategy the past few years.
Really hope this pans out. I trust the org but this one is a tough pill to swallow
