I may be a little bias being his father, but it was a bit of a surprise. No speculations, good hard working kid that loves the game. Had a great spring training and start at Biloxi. Velocity fell a bit which hurt, put into a situation in one game with bases loaded and was not hot expecting to pitch but thrown in. We were in Biloxi for his last outing, threw 97/98 and looked very good and the last three games had his velocity back and slider working. Unfortunately, 9 ERA and needing to make room, he got caught in the numbers. Looking forward to seeing him sign with another organization. Fresh arm, learning quick, he will be an asset somewhere. All the best to the BrewCrew!
