Their primary need is pitching, both starting and/or relief pitching depth right now.
Either one or both, but we need another quality arm. We are injury riddled and only one
more pitching injury away from destroying our good start for the season. We are nickel and
diming just about every single game in the pitching department.
I agree it looks like an opener day tonight but it seems to be working out so far. We definitely need one more quality starter with I believe 5 pitchers on the IL still. Crazy!
On MLB Network: They said Brewers traded away Cy Young winner Corbin Burns, lost there all star closer Williams, lost starters Woodruff and Miley, lost there manager and have the largest lead in the MLB, 7 games. Pat Murphy deserves a lot of credit also for guiding the team to the NL central lead amid all the injuries.
