He also hit one last night that off the bat looked like was going to hit Bernie's Chalet. But, since he has no semblance of power it ended up a lazy fly ball a few feet in front of the warning track.

You said it's not realistic he'll ever hit .240 when literally last year in his ONlY FULL SEASON he hit .239 and was 1 hit away from hitting .241

I really hope this is sarcasm, the guy has played in a whopping 180 games (which is just barely more than a full season if you're not aware)

Hitting HRs is the least of their problems right now. Even if they had hit 5 more they'd at best be 1-3.

I didn't see anywhere that he was proclaimed "back" except in the physical sense of being back on the team. And he's looked vastly better for a few weeks not just this one appearance. But, we'll see what happens when he faces a major league lineup...

The one silver lining is they only gave up 7 runs to one of if not the best offense. Though this bullpen will probably be so gassed by the time they reach the playoffs that that probably won't happen again.
