Once they made a start and did positive, they strung a month of good starts, it's over, ther good enough to play now in the show! ther only down ther bc of our current depth, which is not gonna be the same come off-season, so no again. Plus yall are forgetting that these young men are it learning ther craft! go look at Max Sherzer rookie year or other greats. Are u kidding me, trade what was so hard to develop for so long to trade on a rental or even not a rental but say a positional player with another year on the books, it's still crazy. heck no. so off the top of my head, the last two years including Mitchell, we have like 5 or 6 homegrown positional players now up in the majors playing good(when healthy) if we need something, trade a bat on the farm, if u want our young, good, controllable starting pitching ,well.... your just going yo have to pay up big for that... thanks. good talk

So everyone is down on Black and thinking trade or position change. I feel his cup of tea last year and work ethic will win the majority over this coming season. He's just too good to look that bad with more experience. He will have a good career imo and baseball is just tough to conquer. Here's to Tyler having a great rookie season!

Sherzer to Dodgers lol how bout keeping Civale and let's surf teams interested in Black and a lotto ticket from our top 30prospects.In return let's target player(s) whom make more sense for our organization.. For example Black and JoseAnderson(I believe that's his name, the International top signing kid from last year) should be able to align some other team's strength/weakness who needs an outfielder/1st base type in exchange for top 10 pitcher on another team's farm. why? bc the only way to win championships for small markets is hitting on drafts,etc... we'll we have seemed to have done that with the young up and coming lineup, Just like anotha Gasser type. We never know, Gasser,Toby,Miz,,Ashby may all hit paydirt for us and we step into an embarrassment of riches under team control. Additionally for how terrible our offense was 2 seasons ago, I feel great on our lineup youth, fingers crossed on injuries. With Civale and Woodruff healthy at midseason, we all a sudden hav no use for gramps Verlander, an Uncle Fragile Scherzer.. good talk

Like NL Championship make-up formidable The Natioal league is tough guys. Dodgers,Phils,and Braves were going to be very good. Obviously Diamondbacks coming back snatchn the pennant in the dead of the nite last fall. What do I need to say about the Padres along with D-backs good strong post- trade deadline tough, Them teams still have weaknesses ( minus the Dodgers offense lol) It's going to be fun this Oct.
