Yeah, I get that Arenado is a very good player who's made some good plays this series, but their praise of him was a little over the top, IMHO.

Ah, so this is what it looks like to play a team that's been hot the last couple of weeks? I sure hope they play a lot better than this in October, or else it'll be another short post-season for the Brew Crew.

Even when we were riding the high of the 14-game winning streak, I still would think how difficult it is to win the World Series. So many things have to go the Brewers' way. It often seems like it may never happen, yet I realize it likely will happen at some point in the future. Maybe not in my lifetime, though, and I'm 49.

Yep. This loss was on Megill. I’m not going to gripe about the bottom of the 9th.

Unfortunately, Brewers fans have had a few gut-punches in more recent years with their good closers blowing saves in key games.

As I see it, this loss is totally on Megill. I hope he rights the ship very quickly. Two blown saves in one series is not good.
