  1. Frankly, I was hoping it would help the Brewers be a bit more rested. I suppose they could indeed feel a bit more rested, but they're definitely not as sharp the last couple of games.
  2. Yeah, I won't be panicking even if they lose the remaining games in this series, but I will be concerned for the remainder of the season.
  3. I know what you mean. Also, I do somewhat fear a September collapse. Here's hoping the Crew haven't peaked too early.
  4. Well, if they continue to play like this, we'll be doing a postmortem sometime in June. We can hope for the best, though.
  5. I appreciate your optimism, but I dunno about that.
  6. Unfortunately, yeah, that looks to be the case. If the Brewers were fully healthy (a fantasy), it would likely be a different story.
  7. Even though the MRI turned out clean, it's not a great sign that his knee was apparently bothering him enough to have to get the MRI. We'll see what happens in the coming days and weeks.
  8. And probably better than Megill as well (at least tonight).
  9. That's for sure. I was hoping he'd get out of the jam. Didn't happen, obviously. Disappointing!
  10. If they continue to play like this, we can write off the season at the end of April.
  11. The first win of 2025 is proving to be elusive.
  12. Lotta' season left, but, yeah, not a good start. I guess we'll know by the end of May if the Brewers will have a chance to make the playoffs, or if this season will be a bust.
  13. Well, I dunno. Hurts obviously isn't 100 percent healthy. But then, Love may not be 100 percent healthy, either. I'm just not confident that Love will be a great quarterback like Favre and Rodgers (in their prime, of course).
  14. Honestly, I was more disappointed that the Packers lost to the Bears last weekend, They should've won that game easily. I didn't expect them to do much in the playoffs, though.
  15. Despite Love and Jacobs not playing the whole game, it's still disappointing to lose to the Bears. At least it wasn't the type of game where the Bears winning would have eliminated the Packers from the playoffs. Did Love and Jacobs sit out the entire second half?
  16. Well, it was a good fourth quarter, at least. Sheesh.
  17. A few more interceptions-turned-into-touchdowns and we'll be in good shape.
  18. Yep. It's nice to win big against bad teams, but the Packers need to play a lot better against the very good teams. The Packers are a decent team, no doubt, but they're not quite in the "very good" category.
  19. Love has looked very average for a good part of the season.
