    I think it’s more likely that he has some sort of left shoulder soreness which has probably impacted his play. Every time a struggling player goes on the dl doesn’t mean something nefarious is going on.

    You really have to hand it to Mark…….when he got the sense that Stearns might eventually move on……he not only retains Arnold but makes him essentially the GM in waiting…….promising to promote him if/when Stearns left.

    Woody strikes me as the least likely person to fabricate a story about how many offers he had. There is a reason Mark A calls him one of his favorite people and why he is beloved in the brewers clubhouse and organization. ps If you asked Mark or Matt I find it impossible to believe either one would say Woody owed the Brewers anything.

    No he doesn’t. His injury came at the worst time for him…..he’s never had a long term deal…….not anyone’s fault…..just how it worked out. He owes his family to do what he thinks is best.

    “ How did your teammates treat you?” I’m sure they treated him fine but come on with that question. Even if some were jerks he’d never tell the world. Got to try and milk the controversy…….as idiotic as that was.

    Likely he agreed to a number before being drafted…….because if he didn’t the brewers would have drafted someone else who had agreed on a number.

    I’ve already seen it reported that the Red Sox aren’t moving him. They are the hottest team in baseball and in playoff position …….fan base was mad after the Devers deal……..this one on top,of that would threaten safety of the owners/executives. not happening
