  1. Another article....if you go to the bottom some amazing numbers on the turnaround in the Brewers 2916 vs 2015 http://m.brewers.mlb.com/news/article/174660672/domingo-santana-leads-mlb-in-exit-velocity
  2. So they are giving Braun the day off with Arrieta and Lester going the next 2 days If he isn't hurt this makes no sense to me. Tonight is the only real chance to take a game in this series

  4. Peralta with a great first inning. Gets 2 easy outs to start the 2nd...ground ball single....hit batter and then hanging slider to the pitcher. 1-0 Phillies. 3rd starts its infield single and the Peralta throws it away on a pickoff. Line drive single....2-0. Apparently Brewer pitching will cure any bad offense.
  5. Can't wait for our new pitching coach to start working his magic. Lol
  6. It's going to be a long year. Saying it is 1 thing.......living through it is something else
  7. Isn't the idea of rebuilding to give young guys a chance instead of recycling guys who have failed else ware?
  8. Isn't Jungmann kind of young to be pitching like Suppan?
  9. Every start makes the first few months of Jungmann's career look more and more like a mirage.
  10. This continues to be the concern with Hader as a starter. 5 K's through 3 IP for @jhader17, 0 R, 0 H, 1 BB. But the pitch count is really high again at 63 after 3.
  11. Matches what my eyes have been telling me. Especially how consistently hard he is hitting the ball this season. http://www.fangraphs.com/blogs/domingo-santana-is-making-the-george-springer-adjustment/
  12. Per TH #Brewers make room on roster for Sunday starter Zach Davies by optioning Keon Broxton to @skysox.
  13. Brewers are doing ok in games not started by Peralta and Jungmann.
  14. Jungmann slapped around in the 4th. Curve looks better tonight but still getting hit hard.
  15. Michael Reed just smacked his 3rd hit of the game. Is now 3-3 in the game w/ a .414 AVG for the 2016 season. #SkySox
  16. CC after the game "I really think Wily is close. He showed some positives today" TH " like what?" Lol
  17. I understand, but my post was in this IGT specific to today's game. As in "Yes, he sucks, but he did throw a few great games last year when we least expected it, so you never know." I'm open to any and all ideas for Peralta in general. Put him in the pen. Send him to AAA. Not pitcher friendly? Too bad, figure it out. It's a rebuilding year, so it's not like he's ruining any chances of anything. But you just can't have two guys in your rotation that can't get through 3 innings start after start. Young players can't develop if they're down 8-0 consistently. But hey, that's what this season is for. Figure out who is part of the future, and who is not. Also what kind of message does it send to other guys on the team? At sole point results have to matter .....even in a rebuilding year. It's different if a guy has a long term contract or a long track record of success but Peralta doesn't fall into either category.
  18. How does Lucroy not see that the runners passed each other on the home run? I mean he was looking right at them
