  1. Go Cubs.
  2. Gonna be hard for the Cubbies with santana on the mound.
  3. http://jpbizdirect.files.wordpress.com/2008/03/cubs.jpg Cant believe I have to root for them.
  4. The cincy win was the beginning of a hot streak. Lets go rip the Pirates.
  5. When we blow big leads I often wonder if the opposing team tiped our Bullpen a few thousand bucks to blow it.
  6. Per MLB.com: http://mlb.mlb.com/news/a...ws_mlb&fext=.jsp&c_id=mlb
  7. It's offical: http://mlb.mlb.com/news/a...ws_mlb&fext=.jsp&c_id=mlb
  8. I hate to turn this into a game thread but Zambrano is loving Miller Park. Tossing a no no through 6.
  9. The Cubs are winning 4-0 so far. That good enough?
  10. The Brewers picked a perfect time to choke.
  11. http://www.nbc.com/The_Office/ Show link w/ webisodes. Season premiere is September 25th, only 12 days away!. http://forum.brewerfan.net/images/smilies/smile.gif
  12. It's pretty unfortunate but collapses are nothing new for the Milwaukee Brewers. 2004: I think they were above .500 at the all-star break and were on pace to have a winning season. A 2nd half collapse ruined it. 2007: The Brewers held a huge lead over the Cubs in the divison but a bad august/September gave the Cubs a date in October. 2008: 5.5 games up in WC going into September and have since gone 3-8 and are in a crucial series w/ the Phillies. Brewers getting swept will have them tied for WC lead.
  13. Per ESPN: Astros, since July 27 • Have gone 32-11. • Wigginton (32) and Blum (29) lead the team in RBIs. • Are now 16-2 record in games started by Oswalt and Randy Wolf. Oswalt alone is 7-1 with a 2.20 ERA. • Valverde and LaTroy Hawkins have allowed one run in 34 2/3 innings. Valverde has 16 saves during the hot streak. • Won all four extra-inning games they've played. • Posted a 22-8 record without Lee. They'll come to earth eventually, but hopefully at the right time.
  14. Alright seeing as I screwed myself over this semester at UWM I will not be attending it till the Spring one rolls around. I will have to get a job for 3 months till then though. The problem is I never had a job before so my resume is blank. No experience in the job field so I have no idea where to begin. Any tips or suggestions? Thanks. http://forum.brewerfan.net/images/smilies/smile.gif
  15. I'm not sure where you got those numbers or how they were calculated... but those numbers cannot be accurate.Thats the population of the cities he posted, not the entire metro areas themselves. I think Milwaukee's metro area is roughly 1.7 Million people. (pared back long quote --1992)
  16. http://digg.com/baseball/...abathia_What_do_you_think Dig that up.
  17. I dont know when the last time this page was updated but heres an ESPN ranking all the teams by fan attendance this season: Attendance figures
  18. Too many Cubs fans there. The entire stadium erupted when the Cubs scored.
  19. Now if Jack in the Box comes up here my life will be complete. http://forum.brewerfan.net/images/smilies/smile.gif
  20. For today anyway. It's 81 degrees out and kinda muggy.
  21. If you didnt catch it, Gabe Gross got the game winning hit in the top of the 11th to put the rays in 1st place in the AL East. It may only be May but it's still an amazing feat for a team in the same division as the Yankees/Red Sox.
