  1. I am unable to make it to the 2nd game of the year. I have 4 Club Infield Box tickets (Section 321, Row 5, Seats 5-8) plus a preferred parking pass that I would like to sell at face value. The total is $164 ($38/ticket and $12/parking). Please contact me if anyone is interested. Thank you.
  2. Go to a nearby Michaels. They have several "pre-made" frames ranging from inexpensive to very costly. You can also get a pre-cut matte there. I believe they make the pre-cut mattes in a size that would work well with a magazine. Also check at their custom order counter, many times they run some very nice sales that make it worthwhile to have them frame it for you. I just finished framing 3 brewer jerseys myself. I would go to Michaels just to ask them how to do certain things and they were very helpful and my jerseys turned out great.
  3. This is my personal favorite: Sauza Hornitos Anejo, Grand Marnier and lime juice. I prefer Viva Riva gimlet mix over Roses lime juice as it is less sugary. Using Grand Marnier or GranGala as an alternate to Triple Sec is a must. I prefer aged tequilas over the blancos. Patron is a great marketing machine, but I fine their tequila somewhat tasteless. God bless the person who got it to sell at that price.
  4. My bad. I remembered that as soon as I started reading your post. Sorry about that.
  5. I have 2 bleacher seats for the Brewers season opener vs the Scrubs at Wrigley Field that I am looking to sell. I bought the pair off of Stubhub some time ago when I thought I would be able to go to the game. Unfortunately, I am no longer able to make it to the game and am looking to get back what I paid for the tickets. I am still waiting to the get the tickets "in hand" as they are supposed to ship sometime after the 10th of March. If anyone has any interest in these, please shoot me a message. The pair was purchased for $250 (not including the stupid commission that Stubhub charges).
  6. If you are really into playing softball or baseball, then my advice to you is to not buy a used glove. Gloves take the shape of your hand over time. Everybody molds the pocket of their glove differently. You can get a decent Easton or Rawlings (my choice hands down) glove for $100 brand new. Take the time to get it the way you want and take care of it and you will be happy for years to come.
  7. For some reason I dont think there is a distribution network for Fat Tire in the area and therefore it is not available in local retail stores. I know that used to be the case, things may have changed. If you call Three Cellars in Oak Creek, one of the owners is very astute when it comes to beer and will have a definite answer for you.
  8. Winter warmup got me ready for the baseball season and I am now in search of a new Brewers ringtone to annoy my co-workers. I really want to find the version of "Roll out the Barrel" from Miller Park, but have had no luck. Does anyone have anything new to share or any suggestions on where to find any?
  9. This definitely counts as "off topic". I am in search of a cement donkey statue to put in a family member's yard as part of a ongoing joke. Does anyone know where to shop for such a thing in the SE Wisconsin area? Gnomes are nice, but a donkey would be terrific.
  10. Paypal payments come directly from your credit card typically. If that is the case for you, You can and should dispute that particular charge on your credit card. Your credit card company will then investigate that particular charge.
  11. I received the letter last week regarding the playoff tickets. I have 5 seats in the Retro Friday 9 game package and the letter states that I am entitled to 1 game of each of the NLDS and NLCS but only up to 4 tickets. So the fifth guy in our group is not going to be happy. The letter goes on to try to get us to upgrade to a 20 game package. But if WS tix are not a part of that then I dont see the need to upgrade since the tix for the NLDS and NLCS are the same whether you hold a 9 game or a 20 game package.
  12. I too would like to give it a try. twebber7@sbcglobal.net
  13. Any one going to the game tonight? I am making the trip down from Columbus to see the whole series. Gotta sweep the Reds!!!!
  14. billy hall was a little shaken up after running into overbay on pattersons infield pop up.
  15. canadian dime is not only bigger, but worth much, much more. i am glad that sutton is enjoying this beat down soooo much.
  16. its bad when they pitch to jenkins because they dont want to face hardy, right?
  17. they never really said what happened to miller. maybe since it looked to be a blowout, yost threw in towel and let him rest his groin for a little longer since moeller will catch tomorrow.
  18. good inning. time for some leather and shut these hosers down.
  19. dude hits the ball hard. get a couple three more to get back in this.
  20. that could be good... they may pass out then. "silence is golden"
  21. maybe bill will punch him in the baby maker.
  22. That is called the Tri-Fecta!!!!!
  23. Wasnt there talk when he was drafted that he could possibly moved to RF? He needs to make ball go far this inning to make up for the boots.
