I agree, It was great, too bad MOST of the fans were fast asleep way b4 the ending.. Seriously though ..... if you go to bed during the work week at 11pm (which is late for MOST folks), you would have had to stay up for 3 MORE HOURS to see the end. They really need the ghost runner on 2nd in extras, for several reasons already discussed.

These late WS games are not good for the brand, or their viewership. Imagine the SB ending at 1:30am with a work-day starting @ 7:00am

Why don't they start with a man on 2nd in extras ?? Is this a playoff thing, or a World Series thing ?? I gotta go to bed, it's almost midnight. Games starting way too flippin late, (losing viewership for sure) !!

The Brewers DID win a pennant. In 1982 they beat the Angels winning the American League Pennant. Then they lost both game 6 & 7 to the Cardinals losing the WS - 4 games to 3. Seattle is the ONLY team without a Pennant, and I was heart broken when Springer hit the 3 run bomb to win game seven 4-3.

I do understand what OPS is and what the word general means. But in this case it did NOT lead to more runs, it led to NO runs. What I don't understand ............. is how some of you want to argue he had a good series. How low are the standards here? 13 AB - 4 hits - 5 strike outs - 0 RBIs I guess I just don't get it - not my fault - I did not ask to be born.
