Love the sweep. The way it had to happen! That was for all NL teams! we became instant Brewers fans 23 years ago in Spring Training because AmFam Fields of PHX is near our home. We’ve met the best people - Wisconsinite Brewers Fans - every spring. They deserve all of this and the WS is next. so happy for Milwaukee, and we’re loving being Brewers fans in the desert!

I’m taking up nail-biting as a hobby the rest of the way. Great win - it’s so hard to shut down opponents in October. This offense owes the pen 20 runs or more over the next three games. And, I got my wish- a Turang interview where he sounded like a complete Brewer player- HR, great D, win, explain…repeat.

To erase the past a bit, I don’t mind that we face the Dodgers. I just figured Atlanta would do a better job at home to tax the LA lineup and pen. Oh well. I do love how Frelick has been a major force in the postseason. Experience matters- as Pratt’s errors can attest

I have no interest in the Cubs making a comeback and winning their series against the Padres. However, we do need them to knock down the Padres a little bit both in attitude and personnel readiness. The Padres offense is white hot and their bullpen is elite so we need some fatigue brought on by the Cubs making at least a showing. Our bye and home-field advantage will hopefully make the difference no matter what happens

This season has been just incredible.. I am willing to bet that this team will not be exiting early this postseason. These guys, these fans deserve the ultimate moment!

I disagree that we just pay Turang to be a second baseman baseball player The Brewers organization expects that all of these players go out into the community and provide service, charity and fellowship. Would it be OK for Turang to have this kind of disjointed, disinterested response to kids and their families in a hospital setting, who view him as a hero? Would we be proud of that? You need to do all of these things to earn your paycheck in Milwaukee. Turang needs to be able to have articulate and interesting responses to the basic media at least But this is what you get when you skip college as he did or do not learn the basics of public speaking. Imagine Turang being elected “captain”…and being the face of the Brewers with only grunts and “yeahs” to utter. I know he’s in a steady relationship. Interesting first date I imagine. Maybe she can help him… -

Yep. I’m cheering on the Crew…but also the Reds and the Padres tonight. Ws from them help us all around. Oh, and the Marlins… Hoping May brings good stuff tonight to hang with Wheeler but I really think Gasser has earned a playoff rotation spot as a consistent LHP. -

Definitely. But also Harrison’s slurve is a completely unserious pitch. It never lands or gets swing/miss.

Agreed. He missed his window last night to do the right thing…retire from active play. what saddens me is that with all this lack of production, I have not seen one sign of an adjustment he’s made at the plate. What do these hitting coaches do exactly? At this point wouldn’t you try almost anything?

Not your imagination. His fastball has great finish but no late movement. And, the intimidation factor has lessened the more opponents see his stuff.

All radio for me- but worth the listen through 6 since the game got bonkers at that point. My question is- did we plan to approach Abbott differently in some way to make sure we were getting hits early? or was he just dealing meatballs? We have to make adjustments in the playoffs to each pitcher. Can’t expect 6 runs by the 2nd vs the Dodgers…
