    Yep. I’d love to have Lockridge back as an option to get Chourio a day or three off to reset.

    We used to have better and more interesting production with “put the ball in play”, scratch a few across the plate games to frustrate the opponent. We have been unlucky with hard hit balls of late and we strike out against pitchers who do not have overpowering stuff. We are a NL Central contender/favorite not a playoff run team. But, if you can go cold or unlucky at the same time, these hitters can get hot at the same time. I’m hopeful that happens!

    Sproat suffering from postponed game reset. Amped up for yesterday but a rain-out. HBPs, Pitch timer violations, can’t find edges, foul balls every other pitch… a predictable bad day
