I think we come back and win this game. The Sonny diet of curveballs should get us hits on the 3rd time through. No doubt that we are not getting real production from Rengifo and the ‘second stringers’ so if Murph can stop setting us up for mediocrity, we can win a series like this! Injuries not helping either. If they lose today, it just puts the NL Central where it usually is- very competitive and every game counts. Reds are gunning for 1st. -
Amazing season. Grateful for the very fun ride. Wheels fell off. Can’t compete with both talent and experience in postseason. the dodgers do not develop talent. They buy it from others who developed it. Brew Crew put nobodies and some has beens in the lineup and made them memorable stars. can’t believe we couldn’t win 1 at home. When you have the best record you get that ADVANTAGE. Wonder what Uecker would say… Can’t wait for spring training. That’s the best part of living in the desert.

Monasterio in for yelich as DH. Can’t have a DH that can’t make contact.

Yelich has got to be a hitter. First pitch strike…he always takes. No time for his mediocrity. Snell is great but we need people fouling him off at least. It cant truly be that we didn’t study… Have to be first pitch strike hitters. After that, battle for lengthy ABs.

I’m speechless. Watched updates all evening at an event. Grumbled all game. The magic returns even amidst Miz overratedness, Murphy managing weirdness…and Monasterio delivering the AB that the high paid, all star Yelich can no longer provide. Beautiful moments from utter confusion. someone started writing again…

I could not see or listen to the game today…this forum saves lives. But, I hope there was conversation in thread about our RISP woes of late. This is why Yelich is so important mentally for the team. I think our boys are more clutch with him in the lineup.

It’s Murphy who needs to be better. Quintana should never have gone out for the 7th. Not ever. And, soft spot for Seigler is not good management.
