    I love you Billy.

    Ugh. Good Start.

Seeing Ben Sheets as the scheduled starter for tomorrrow makes me feel all warm inside.

Tomo Ohka is raising his trade value nicely. It wasn't pretty but we didn't blow the save. Good win.

Just got home and I can't believe it. Why would Yost trot Turnbow out there again? We might as well just let Barnwell close. Turnbow is horrible. I know the rest of the pen isn't much better but if our closer could just do his job we'd be leading the Wildcard. Unbelievable.

Hopefully this wonderful outing keeps D-Bow on D-Shelf for a while. I've seen enough of this garbage. Either he isn't close to the plate or he grooves it right down the middle.

    D-Bow in for D-Blown Save

Can we please get a closer that can throw strikes?

    Gross!!!

Doug is doing his best to give that lead away. Hopefully our hitting can stay hot.

Wow, Fielder is seeing the ball really well lately. Nice to get on these guys early.

    CARLOS!!!!
  13. giffted1
Gotta have strikes. This isn't going to be good.
  14. giffted1
At least he didn't strike out.
  15. giffted1
    Lets go Carlos!!!!!
  16. giffted1
Well, at least now we have a chance of seeing Carlos bat.
  17. giffted1
    And D-Bow mows them down.

Lets see... The fact that his previous few start have been very good. The fact that this season is only half way over, and he could put up solid numbers by the end of the year. Also, the fact that he's been one of the best and most underrated lefties in the league the past few years.

Davis is a bum, don't resign him DFA Bill Hall, he's 0 for 3 so far Don't excercise Miller's option, he's struck out twice today against the Cubs, the Cubs Ben Sheets is injury prone garbage

What, you mean the season doesn't end tomorrow? Seriously though, even if we lose today we're still in the middle of the Wildcard and Division races. We're a young team with a lot of injuries. That's not a good formula for consistancy.

    Loretta?

Remember that game against the Braves where Magruder hit the game winner? It can happen.

We need to win tonight. KC is up 6-2 over the Cardinals in the fifth.
