  1. Hey gang, Looks like the last power name is missing when you are looking at the thread index. Just shows the date.
  2. True but Joe Dillon (And Ben Sheets who had the same surgery as I did but a month apart) can spend 4 - 8 hours a day rehabbing! And I have a desk job and enjoy watching baseball games instead of rehabbing.
  3. Figured I'd comment. Anyone else notice Dillion hovering around Yost all day with his eyes super wide, almost bug eyed. Is that his normal look? And he had a very nice AB, keeps that up he might earn a spot. And Para looked very very good, our pitching future looks bright.
  4. Interesting how they mentioned that he has to be in the minors for 18 days to count as an option. Will he be back before then?
  5. I blame my parents and their faulty genetics. I guess if I were to seriously think about it, I'd contact my neurologist and see if it would be cool. Off course, he said that "Sure you can start playing hockey I need repeat customers", so I doubt he'd give the ok. I guess the morale of the story is, if do it while you can! Before you back goes out! Nothing like back surgery at the age of 27.
  6. No problem guys, glad someone got to use/enjoy them.
  7. We will win the division. Cubs haven't had to really test their depth like we have. Injuries to Hall, Sheets etc. Nows the time for a fire to burn in their belly and them to come out swinging. Go get em boys!
  8. Yet.. but I'm sure Bears can fly, and we all know how Colbert feels about bears. I would love to go sky diving, just not sure if my surgically repaired back could handle it. http://forum.brewerfan.net/images/smilies/frown.gif
  9. Hope Woogie didn't post between 10 and 3 something when the swap happened http://static.yuku.com/v2//domainskins/bypass/img/smileys/frown.gif
  10. Threads need to be relocked?!?
  11. Ok.. so I had easy board access at 2:10 when I drew names from my hat. Winner, by choice of my lucky Brewers hat and peices of paper. jason21nl! Enjoy the game! In the future, if I get other work tickets, I will raffle them off as well. Feels good to be the giver for a change! So look for Jason on TV tonight, seats are directly next to the HD camera pit by the press box. You all have seen me a few months ago in glorious HD for about 20 seconds. You know the one.. the good looking guy in the stands. http://static.yuku.com/v2//domainskins/bypass/img/smileys/laugh.gif
  12. Firefox and Addblock 4tw! Makes browsing NSBB.com alot easier to swallow. http://static.yuku.com/v2//domainskins/bypass/img/smileys/devil.gifhttp://static.yuku.com/v2//domainskins/bypass/img/smileys/devil.gifhttp://static.yuku.com/v2//domainskins/bypass/img/smileys/devil.gifhttp://static.yuku.com/v2//domainskins/bypass/img/smileys/devil.gif
  13. I have 4 Tickets I'm looking to give away for tonights game (8/1). They are Loge Infield Box, Section 215 Row 10 Seats 1 - 4. These include 1 Preferred parking pass and 4 .300 Club tickets. Last time I sat in them, I caught a foul ball from Dan Uggla. I can either drop them off at will call, or I can drop them off in my mailbox and you can pick them up that way. I live off of 65th and North in Wauwatosa, so not super far from Miller Park. I will pick the winner from a hat at 2pm today, if you are interested, please PM me that you are, and if you'd like them will called (I'll need your real name for that!) or if you'd like to pick them up. Good Luck!
  14. If you are going to game, I'd say stick with XP. Since Vista moved it's drivers into a protected space API the graphics are no longer part of the kernel and have to go through some API junk (Makes it more stable, but slows it down). I heard they might do some major improvements in Vista SP1, but that's, from what I hear, is pushed off until next year.
  15. Thank god wOOgies back, we can start a serious playoff run now! GOO WOOGIE! I had tickets to the game last night, but I ended up catching some stomach bug and didn't make it to the game. Watched it till 10:30, then listened to it while I tried to get some sleep. About time Jenks starts to get hot!
  16. Isn't that still a "rumor" as it's just close. Not an actual deal.

  19. This is really hard to qualify, I find any large band in an intimate setting (Like Pre-tour club tours) are awesome. So, Tool, NIN, QOTSA, APC are all fantastic in small clubs. And a strange one.. Mogwai, even though it's "Post Rock" I still found their presence really engaging.

  21. "Baby I'm thirsty and you look like Gatoraid". If that doesn't work, nothing will.
  22. According to Rotoworld it's Balfour (Per Jsonline). I just don't see Balfour clearing waivers at all, someone will pick him up for middle relief.
  23. Wow.. so losing Inman really made people grumpy. Come on Crew.. respond with a furious vengeance today and wax the Reds.
