  1. Malik wasn't asked to do much today, but what he was asked to do, he did well. That said, I think you need to open up the playbook for him a little bit the next couple weeks. Happy with the win, we're just trying to gut out as many as we can with Jordan on the shelf, but I don't think you win too many games in this league the way we did today.
  2. Richardson can sure heave it. I'm glad we got the win with Malik. We sure made it a lot harder than it needed to be in a number of ways.
  3. Now you gave them the shot at the Hail Mary. Good freaking grief.
  4. That play was Walker in a nutshell.
  5. I'm almost never an advocate of punting but with this amount of time left and no timeouts? Gotta play field position.
  6. Ugh. Just take the delay and punt. 🫠
  7. Pretty obnoxious that this is still even in question.
  8. Shouldn't matter, but that 3 would have been nice.
  9. The missed FG sure helps.
  10. Plenty of time left to lose this game if they can't start putting something together offensively.
  11. But the first two games are already won. Now it's just one singular game we're looking at. The odds of winning it are no different than if we had lost the first two. Though I get that Gallen is a tough matchup.
  12. I was about to point out that the Wisconsin defense has actually played quite well and then they give up 2 huge chunk plays ans another 7 points in the time it takes to blink.

  14. That was a predictable swing. Suddenly you look up and Bama covered the spread before halftime.
  15. I get wanting the points, but a 45 yarder is no gimmee in college, just a bad decision. In the NFL you're going for it in that area of the field with 3 to go. Of course if Locke connects on 3rd down it's all a moot point. Can't miss those throws, can't fumble the football, can't miss field goals and expect to have a chance against a team like this.
  16. I'd like to see them be a little less conservative with the clock here. They look like they're desperately trying to just get to halftime down 14-6 or 14-3 instead of 14-10.
  17. Yeah I mean it's unfortunate, but the gap growing in this game was always a matter of when, not if.
  18. I mean they are doing the best they can. It's just so glaringly obvious that the team in white is a prospect farm of some of the best college athletes in the entire country and the team in red is a bunch of athletic college students just trying to do the best they can.
  19. At least we won the first qua....well, nope.
  20. That was as predictable of a 4th and 1 play as they could have run and it never had a chance.
  21. Ok, it's safe now to say Montas pitched great. Can we please scratch out some runs?
  22. I can't be totally convinced that him and Jackson Holliday aren't decendants of the original Hanson Brothers.
  23. Tua with yet another concussion. I know the Packers get heat for not paying more attention to their backup QB position, but the Dolphins' starting QBs' career is constantly hanging in the balance due to his concussion history, and their backup QB is Skylar Thompson.
  24. The Cubs are 5-5 in September. They needed to continue their scorching August pace into September to have a shot and as expected, they regressed to the mean and could not. They have 16 games to make up 6 games on the Mets. That's assuming the Braves also suck because they have to catch them, too. The Cubs are irrelevant. Why do we expend so much time talking about them?
