  1. I think the Bucks probably regret the Adrian Griffin hire already. He looks in way over his head.
  2. Sounds like the Joe Barry of MLB Managers.
  3. I mean pretty much the whole 2020 Packer draft class sucked. The 2021 class pretty much sucked. It's hard to say he's found much impact in the draft since Gary in 2019. So I don't think that Love is the only reason, and if it is - well, Gutekunst always had a lot of his reputation staked in Love, for better or worse. Many here have said that numerous times. If you trade up in the 1st round to draft your future QB to replace Aaron Rodgers and he spends 3 years in the system and he does not work out for you, that is an enormous reflection on your GM. And I'm not saying he hasn't worked out yet, we still don't know, but if he doesn't? Absolutely, it's a massive hit to Gutekunst's reputation and could cost him his job. I don't think we can pretend otherwise.
  4. That's the thing though. You can't have a 2-3 year learning curve for every single first round prospect. Rookie contracts are just too valuable. So while Gary in a vacuum was a good pick, there does need to be some weight put on the NFL readiness of a rookie.
  5. Why are we seriously not just taking a knee?
  6. Love seeing us incorporate the tush push. If it's legal and works for everyone else, why not us? Love more that we didn't get penalized on that one.
  7. They connected on one!
  8. It's almost painful to watch us win, because I know all that's really happening is Joe Barry has just bought himself a little more time against a JV version of a bad offense.
  9. Just need to give him half or more of his rookie contract before we see any return on investment like most of our 1st rounders.
  10. So in other words, plenty of things we can still do wrong.
  11. Shocked that no one falsely said "ground can't cause a fumble"
  12. The incompetence of this team ...
  13. Same as last week. No functional 2 minute offense. I think they actually managed to run out of 5 minutes of game clock toward the end of the half without getting near the goalline.
  14. Ah yeah, I agree with that.
  15. Why would you with 15 seconds left?
  16. Not a protection issue. Everyone in the stadium besides Jordan Love knew he couldn't take a sack there, and he stayed in the pocket too long and took the sack.
  17. If you want to ensure you have a successful future NFL kicker, just slap 11 green and gold jerseys on dummies in front of any kicker and watch them drill from 50+.
  18. Wyatt jumped offsides, realized he jumped offsides, Rypien didn't notice right away, didn't snap it, and Wyatt STILL didn't try to get back out of the neutral zone in time.
  19. LMAO. Two tush pushes and two offensive offsides. You can't make this stuff up.
  20. I mean I'm definitely blaming Gute for trading up for and drafting Love if this is what he is.
  21. We can talk all day (correctly) about how Love hasn't had the right pieces to succeed. But if he continues to be as inaccurate as he is on deep throws, I don't see how he's ever going to be the guy.
  22. Gonna go out on a limb here and say Brett Rypien may not be the answer for the Rams after Stafford retires.
  23. Can't blame the offensive line so far today.
