    Very nice play by Corey... his defense has been excellent minus that one dropped flyball so far.

    I know that ball was smashed, but Graffanino is a major leaguer and once again that play should have been made.

    For the first time all season, I don't mind watching the road broadcast here on MLB.tv. Thom Brennemann is a huge uprgrade from last year's Reds announcers.

    Why the hell is Sheets still in there? And if you're going to keep him in there, why hasn't Maddux gone out to talk to him?

    Let's think optimistically here. The team has played well the last few games, and they didn't play well today on the road against a tough opponent. We're still 3-2 on this road trip, which is much better than anything we did on the road last year. All we have to do is win one in Cincy, which is definitely feasible, and then we had a winning road trip, going into playing Pittsburgh at home.

    The difference between Graffy and Counsell on offense isn't worth the difference on defense, especially against righties. I agree 100%. Counsell has been excellent of defense so far, and it's like Graffanino is tearing the cover off the ball.

    Graffanino is having some game defensively... I don't think I need to reiterate what others have been saying about Braun being in AAA to work on defense.
