I believe that is not possible as two teams from the same divison can not play each other in the first round. So we would play the worst divison winner in that case.

Well I got the Bigs earlier today for the Wii and played for about 4 hour total today and my arm feels like I threw a 120 pitch game. I just read the IGN review and it is basically exactly what I would say. The swing lag takes a little to get used to but I got it down now. It's very easy to hit the ball out but not easy for those balls to actually land though. Outfielders will scale the wall and jump what seems like 30 feet and sometimes make the catch or knock it back into play. Running is an endurance test as rapidly drumming with the controller controllers your runners. The controls for offense seem to be spot on and easy to learn. Defense however is where the game gets tough and frustrating. From pitching to fielding defense is tricky. Timing your pitches is very difficult and throwing the pitch you want can be hit or miss. A little twist the wrong way and your curve ball becomes a changeup. Pitching can be very fun if you get on a roll and you feel as though you are the pitcher mowing guys down. Defense is by far the worse part as fielders will routinely throw to the wrong base and miss balls that are very catchable. Pulling up on the controller to throw to second is terrible and my hand seems to involuntarily always flick the controller down as if pointing to second. Diving plays are tough to make as well. Don't worry about having football scores as all my games were 5 runs or less for each team. The powerup that allows you to throw insane pitches or easily hit an uncatchable homer is useful but trying to pitch around a powered-up batter is literally impossible as they make you throw strikes. I did strike out juiced-up Soriano with a guy on and me being up 2 in the bottom of the 5 (which is the end of the game), so that was very satisfying. One final note for us Brewer fans is that no one on the Brewers has the correct batting stance and several players do have correct stances in the game for other bigger market teams. JJ Hardy is also a black guy in the game who can't hit. The game is really starting to grow on me though and I feel it will be very fun for a while.

Suprised no one has posted this yet but Bush was available in the pen today and either him or Vargas will make the next start on Sunday against the Cubs. Yo will get one more start on Friday and then move to the pen to save his arm for later in the season. To me this is a smart move and should pay off down the stretch and for Yo's career. Well I got my Wii after checking about 7 stores around the city of Wausau. It's tons of fun but between that and playing softball last night my arm is killing me. I thought The Bigs came out yesterday but couldn't find it, so I'll look again today and let everyone know how it is.

I'm planning on getting the Wii this weekend and this will probably be the first game I get when it comes out on Monday. I'm more of a baseball sim guy but this game looks like it could be tons of fun on the Wii.

Yeah our original, launch PS2 had to be repaired once for 70 dollars to fix the laser that read the discs and it worked for a while. Then we moved and when I went to use it the disc tray wouldn't even open because the connection to the button that opens the tray got severed. We got a slim PS2 and it has worked well for quite a while now. Seems like Deja Vu with what is happening with the XBOX360.

So I've figured out everything works except playing XBOX and XBOX 360 games. I downloaded a demo last night and it worked and the XBOX arcade works fine. So it took me a day to diagnose what the problem was, lets see how long it takes Microsoft.

So the randomness of this problem continues as I got the system to boot laying flat and put in a DVD and the DVD has been running perfectly. The noise produced when playing a game disc is nonexistant. So we no longer have a $400 paperweight but we do have a $400 DVD Player. This is more proof to my theory that it is in the DVD ROM that is causing the problems.

I'm a big basketball fan but it's hard for me to enjoy following the Bucks when they continue to tease of brilliance and then toil in mediocrity or worse this year. I would take that JRich trade and move Simmons for an expiring contract and a young PF. Maybe a Simmons and #6 for Biedrins and JRich and #18. Who do we take then at #18? Javaris Crittenton and Acie Law are the next best PG after Conley.

I tried laying it down flat and the system won't even fully load the opening logo. It's ventilated well and the only way I could give it more breathing space would be to hang it from the ceiling. Microsoft is sending us a prepaid box so we don't have to pay shipping so in a couple of weeks it will be all better...hopefully.

Yeah that is there official return policy. If under warranty the console must be returned to the manufacturer. My brother figured he would help out a local buisness owner instead of furthering Best Buy's empire but it seems to have backfired. I'm going to pick up a Wii, if I can find one, this weekend, so that should provide suitable entertainment. Like many of you mentioned there seems to be a lot of examples of problems on the internet but everyone I know has never had a problem with there consoles.

No "Red Ring of Death" but simply just locked up. I think it has something to do with the DVD-ROM because it seems to stop spinning the disk. I'm with you on the crappy products from Microsoft. Playstation 3 is the better product but me and my brother are big fans of Halo so it requires getting the 360. Myself I'm planning on getting a Wii when I can scrounge up the cash. It is the premium system too.

Sunday was an especially enjoyable day for me as my brother decided to buy an XBOX 360. It felt like Christmas as we unwrapped the console and got it set up. For a 24 hour stretch we were in heaven. Then last night we were 3/4 of the way through the 3rd level of Halo 2 and the screen freezes. Oh well restart and try a different game. 10 minutes later, same thing. Several restarts, screen freezes, and words not fit for this site later, we realized we have a big problem. After calling the Support line today we were told we would have to send it in for repairs. Being only 2 days old we figured we could take it back and get a new one but the Gamez store we got it from doesn't allow you to return defective new consoles. So the 400 dollar console has been reduced to a paper weight till we can send it in. Looking online seems there are tons of people with the same problems. Anyone here have this problem?

The best part of the "grenade" was it landed right at the feet of the ump. Between this ejection and Pinella's triade I don't think I have ever laughed so hard about baseball in my life.
