  1. And just like that the game is tied with 0 outs. Yuck.
  2. Because of course. That was just my thought. If Devin doesn’t come back full strength, Counsell is going to have to use Hader for more than 1 at some point.
  3. I know it probably happens to most teams, but my gosh it seems like the Brewers seem to be on the wrong end of a lot ground rule doubles, balls of the wall that cost them runs.
  4. The Brewers need runners now. Stop trying to go for the freaken fence and work the pitchers.
  5. 1-0 feels like 10-0 right now. Just don’t have any confidence anyone is going to do anything.
  6. Was hoping Pina would have had a shot there. Good fight in the 9th.
  7. Come on now. The Brewers would literally need to lose out for the Cards to catch them. This thing his wrapped up, just need to get everyone healthy and back in the lineup.
  8. Can we be done with Kevin King. He is horrendous.
  9. Did not see this coming at all. Got down big early and had to abandon the run. The Saints can just pin back and rush with no threat of the run. Bad day all around.
  10. Rodgers had Jones wide open on the curl up the sideline.
  11. This is stinken pathetic. If this continues on defense, this team is going nowhere this year.
  12. You may want to put a spy on Winston. Come on D!
  13. I went to a 3 game series when the Brewers played at Oracle in 2011. It is by far my favorite stadium I have been to. I would agree that the upper deck seats provide an amazing view of the Bay. We sat there a couple nights and McCovey Cove the other night. I would also plan on brining some warmer clothes as it gets cold there at night. The area around the ballpark was pretty nice as we walked down the Embarcadero from the BART station to the park. We stayed in a hotel next to the Coliseum in Oakland. It is a really run down/sketchy area of town. The BART will drop you off right in front of the stadium. The A’s were not in town when we were there, so we didn’t get to go to a game. From what I saw from the outside I was not that impressed. Looked like a run down stadium in the middle of a massive parking lot.
  14. Freddy not sharp but Urias has to help him out there. Just make the plays and he gets out of the inning with no runs.
  15. I've heard this pointed out about Sofia before, but as the previous poster said, she's reporting pretty often on things that have been told to her by players, managers, coaches, and various stadium and front office personnel, so it's just something she's going to say. There's only so many synonyms for "he said" that a person can use before it sounds forced, IMO. Ehh, it’s pretty much like the president of our company during conference calls says “umm” all the time. It’s just one of those things once you hear it you just notice it more. Not saying she is bad at her job, just one of those little things
  16. My wife just pointed out that Sofia says “he said” all the time. Now I can’t listen to her without picking that out.
  17. Is that 4 ejections in the last month or so? Omar, Avi, Rowdy and now Yelich?
  18. Counsell bringing Topa in the 3rd got me scratching my head. Instead he is now wasting Ashby in a meaningless game.
  19. Hate to keep harping on the umps. But my God do they suck.
