  1. Skaalen teachess the strike out well.
  2. So, may I ask, if LB made an out, did Yost make a good decision? Yet, since LB homered, he made a bad one? In other words, the quality of the decision is outcome based?
  3. How do we know for sure Yost called it? Looked wild to me. Does someone have a hardwire to Ned's brain (now that can give rise to some great comments!). End--not saying different opinions are bad, just thought I saw some reverse themselves, if not, I am wrong. Still, it does speak to the "instant" judgement mentality we all at times share.
  4. This board had more personalities than Sybil. At one point many - not all - want Seth to plunk a guy. Then he does. Many like that. LB homers. Now we are "Yosted." C'mon!
  5. If I read this right, you guys are saying he should play hurt? Any of you guys ever have a knee injury, or worse, blow it up? If I am missing some between the lines stuff, sorry.
  6. You know what bothers me? People who ask a question but don't use a question mark. Sorry, that was too easy. http://forum.brewerfan.net/images/smilies/smile.gif I think that was a declaritive statement, no question mark needed.
  7. I won't "defend" Yost. It is not a matter of defense. He made a call that did not work. He thought he would limit Villy's pitchers, and Mota would do the job he gets a paycheck to do.' It did not work, so we all "hate" Yost (why the emotion?). We got "Motad" assist to Kapler and Rickie. Now, please read this carefully, I would have preferred Villy stay in, the chance he would have done well, good. That said, while Yost's decision backfired, it is still on Mota--DFA him!
  8. Good thing Rickies bat makes up for his fielding.
  9. I get a laugh at the few of you who hope for a lousy road trip so Ned gets fired. Hilarious,
  10. Was that meant to be in blue, or just highly ill advised? You let a 30 year old competitor go until 130. If he doesn't get Lee, fine, take him out. Just because Berkman spoiled a bunch of good pitches, taking him out is the nancy way. So, many "hate" Yost for doing just what you ask for. Give the guy cred when he deserves it, he did here.
  11. Thanks, there Friday, hope to be 2 -0 for the weekend.
  12. At the game tomorrow with youngest - just back from Eau Claire - son. I feel sweep!
  13. Was that meant to be in blue, or just highly ill advised?
  14. General Arnold, You, may be correct.
  15. That Rob Deer guy is really good, ayna!
  16. ...and this concerns you know? Just curious I meant "now." But given the high drama moment, wondered why you were pondering at that time.
  17. Jager- check Helmut - check Seatbelt - check Here we go!!!
  18. You get the "Yosted" award for tonight! lol
  19. Billy, Billy, who is the real you? The can "Bill Hall pitch?" Bill, or his evil doppleganger? Who is he?
  20. Bush, complete game, nine hitter, 9 runs. lol Darn, his good pitches are great, his bad ones are BP, home run derby.
