    Rev. Agree with you. I was just speaking to the irony that will creep up at times. I am all for the buses, as a whole, it eases car suggestion, and even can spread out the impaired driving farther from the park. I agree too, getting a beer and brat at the bar, hanging with friends, and getting a ride to the game is a fun thing. Looks like the extra security will be helpful. I say they hire Rubin Quevedo to head it up.

    True, which is what I think the Brewer's want to do with added security (=cost). Also, is is good that many of the bar patrons are in a bus, not a car. Yet, I wonder how many stumble off the bus, have a few more beers, and drive home.

    No. Like many fans, I have watched him since the minors. He has incredible physical skills, some of the best, I believe. Yet he has always showed a resistance to change -- except, he has accepted many fielding roles, so we cannot give him an absolute criticism on that. Yet, as far as hitting, it does seem he JUST CANNOT ALTER HIS APPROACH and seems doomed to outside and away, and being late on the 89 MPH fastball. He is such, seemingly, a great guy, a good teammate, and a great contributor to the community. Yet, can Bill Hall hit?

    New St. Monica newsletter celebrates the baptism of Rowena, daughter of Craig and Michelle Counsell. (Baptisms 11/08 to 5/09). Just a nice, brief moment to remember the guys have wives and family's. Congrats, Counsell's!

    I was on the 3B side, and noticed the sun getting quite annoying. It got hard to look back at the plate. I would hate to track a ball in that. As for the roof, I had a jacket, could have easily stood the roof open. If not, then why not the outfield screens, at least? It is disappointing that MB keeps the whole roof thing such a secret, and an inconsistent one at that.

    Game to Villy. Good call, Yo was great, but as pointed out, worked hard. Let's reward him with a nice, easy save.

    naivin hit it on the head. I went with a group,(opening day) so it was very social. I got a seat at the end of the bar to watch the game. the food is nice, you can get a few "free" beers, and if a homer is hit there or Cory makes a great catch, you can get a nice close up. Otherwise, it is hard to see very well at all. With no elevation, hard to get a good perspective on the ball.
