Willing to take $90 if anyone is interested.
  2. PrimeTime955
Yes, unfortunately it specifically states only tickets and parking.

So I bought 4, $25 gift certificates redeemable for Brewers tickets an/or parking at Miller Park. Intended on using them this season. Unfortunately, it never worked out and I'm going back to school in like 3 weeks and will not be able to make it to Milwaukee for a game the rest of the season. I'm looking to see if anyone wants to help me out and buy them off of me. I put it on my twitter and received an offer for $150 worth of pizza gift certificates and two t-shirts. lol. I would prefer just to try to get my money back. If your going to buy tickets any ways, any chance you can help me out. Let me know. Local pickup in Eau Claire, or I can mail them to you.

Thanks for all the info guys. Much appreciated.

This will be my first opening day and I have four opening day tickets, great locations, should be awesome blah blah blah. But I recently found out that I may have a parking issue. I heard that parking is sold out. Does that mean that parking is sold out in the General lot or preferred as well? I guess I'm trying to figure out my options here. Thanks in advance.

I guess you must have forgotten when we carried Enrique Cruz.

A team could easily find a place for Lorenzo Cain as a 5th outfielder/pinch runner next season. He is a LOCK to be protected.

No Michael Fiers? .84 era so far in his first 32 professional innings. The Brewers have already promoted him twice. 44/4 k/bb ratio. Something seems fishy to me.

Why do people hate Boras so much? Because he's the best at what he does? Would people prefer it if he were crappier at his job?

From the Nationals website: Basically the Nationals are having a huge party to celebrate the signing of Stephen Strasburg and are trying to pack the stadium. Apparently they need to sell tickets for a dollar to do so.
  11. PrimeTime955
He doesn't need to be singed until like a week before the 2010 draft.

Does Strasburg need to be immediately put on the 40 man roster since he signed a major league contract?

Does Strasburg need to be added to the 40 man roster since he was given a major league deal?

    Thanks Josh, that's pretty cool.

I'm fairly certain over 90% of Brewer fans know, and care about Mat Gamel and Alcides Escobar. I would assume he was talking about giving up one, or both of them and upsetting fans.

I forgot to add that when I met Doug Davis over the winter and we were getting a few auto's, my cubs buddy asked him to sign his cubs hat. Davis looked at him kind of funny and my buddy said, hey, write whatever you want, doug said...anything? My buddy said ANYTHING. So Doug signs the underbill of his fitted cubs hat....Cubs suck. I own them. God bless, Doug Davis.

I think Wallace's value just took a huge spike. I haven't read Moneyball yet but from what I've heard, doesn't he seem like an Oakland type player? I honestly don't think he could stick at third base, and with Pujols in STL, he was bound to be traded to an AL team.

    From Buster Olney today:

Yeah...comparing a $20 offer at K-Mart to a $100,000,000 that we made, weather or not you want to believe it, is almost comparable. http://forum.brewerfan.net/images/smilies/ohwell.gif

I love the comments from Braun. What, like the other 24 players in the room don't agree with him? You bet they do. They know there is no way we're making the playoffs with extended periods of time with Burns and McClung in the rotation. This is not little league, players need to be held accountable. When asked about it, Braun was honest and said what he felt. I respect that. He could have been cliche but cliche is boring and tiring. Braun is a leader on this team and hes trying to rally the troops and fire people up. Who knows, maybe this lights a fire under our pitching staff to perform better.

Still a good move by Soup regardless. You have to defend your teammates.

I'm just not quite sure why, when every other name under the sun is thrown out there to start ball games for the Milwaukee Brewers that this guy isn't thrown out there. I do realize that he's not stretched out, and I also realize his value to the bullpen. He wasn't quite as dominant in June as he was earlier in the season but the guy is a good pitcher and has been a solid starter in his career. He's got a 28/5 K/BB, and can pitch some quality innings. Last year starting in Nashville in 13 games he was 5-1 with a 3.22 era and a 65/8 K/BB. Thoughts?

First of all, glad to see Braddock in Huntsville. A much deserved promotion. Second of all, not trying to be the thread police, but there is already a Zach Braddock thread from a few weeks back.

Comedy Central doesn't do it justice. Go rent or buy it.

Bill Hall is an upgrade over Nate McClouth?
