  1. I really hope he is willing to move to 2nd or 3rd. Escobar has to play SS in the near future.

  3. He's averaging 13.18 pitches per inning since joining the brewers. That is like a walk in the park for a major league pitcher.
  4. IF we make the playoffs... it means Torres is doing his job. Which means why change things?
  5. Update through July 22nd's games Opp. Win% Opp. Pyth. 6. Mota has a chance To show us what he is made of My guess is he fails
  7. A good pitcher would have won that game...
  8. 11-5 so far... I'd be a little disappointed if my 17-10 prediction were correct. But only a little. http://forum.brewerfan.net/images/smilies/smile.gif
  9. Why so serious? http://forum.brewerfan.net/images/smilies/smile.gif
  10. Amazing. Absolutely amazing! Heath Ledger does an amazing job. This has to go down as one of the best villians of all time, maybe THE best! As much love as Ledger and Bale will get, Aaron Eckhart (Harvey Dent), Michael Caine (Alfred), and Morgan Freeman (Lucious Fox) cannot be forgotten. This movie had an amazing cast. Everyone played their roles beautifully. My only critique of the movie would be Maggie Gyllenhaal (Rachel Dawes). But then again, how many leading actresses in superhero movies actually do great jobs or get recognized for it. I will be seeing this movie again. Two thumbs, way up!
  11. I think maybe he meant consecutive games as opposed to consecutive starts. Well, I guess if we are going to pick the one time of the year that is possible, I guess we aren't going to have an easy time finding someone who has done that. Especially given the fact that the pitchers with the capability of going back to back CGs are more than likely elected to the All-Star Game.
  12. Roy Halladay, April 12th and 17th, 2008. In fact, here were his april starts, pretty impressive: April 1st - 7.0 IP, 3 ER April 6th - 8.0 IP, 4 ER April 12th - 9.0 IP, 1 ER, CG April 17th - 9.0 IP, 4 ER, CG April 23rd - 8.0 IP, 5 ER April 29th - 8.2 IP, 1 ER, CG (gave up 1 run in the 9th to lose 0-1) His last start was also a complete game. So we will see if he does it again.

  14. How do I calculate pythagorean record. I will eliminate the rest of the rows.
  15. I took every game played and added it in. So if we have a three game series with chicago, it adds their info 3 times.
  16. I'll try to update it every week or so to keep us in tune with what the frontrunners will be facing the rest of the season.
  17. that is correct. even though it is basically even.

  19. I believe the ruling is, if a catch is made, the runner can tag on the initial contact of the ball with the defender (or his glove). So, if he ended up making the catch, the runner could have left on initial contact and if he dropped the ball, the runner would score anyways.
