  1. Did it happen on the bus ride on the way to the game? Because that would explain a lot. Ha! I get what you are saying. Serious though, do they indeed bus over? Do they bus to Chicago still?
  2. Rodgers may be concussed
  3. We in the game. That's all I asked for.
  4. Packers net yardage on that turnover exchange (Fumble/downs)
  5. Seem to be running the ball at 5ypc? Why not continue that?
  6. Does a Cardinals win change the way MLF approaches this game? Win out and HFA (assuming Seattle over SF).
  7. There's a few sport clips that no matter how many times I watch them I just cant help but smile. That is one of them. Mine is the Randall Cobb TD late against the Bears to clinch the division. Streaking down the middle of the field I believe on 4th and 8 with about 30 ticks to go.
  8. I struggle to think they'll get another first down the rest of the game.
  9. It was 2003, it was Nate Poole and it was glorious. How could anyone forget the finite details on that one? It occurred the weekend before "We want the ball and we're gonna score", and sadly, two weekends before 4th and 26. Thank you! Was that also Irv Favre death year? What a year of ups and downs. Were the Packers eliminated with a Cardinals loss? What else had to go right that weekend?
  10. Rooting for the Cardinals here reminds me of a year, maybe around 2000, when the Cardinals knocked out the Vikings late in the game? The name Poole comes to mind. Anybody remember the finite details on that?
  11. Looking most like a #3 seed vs #6 SF in the wild card round: Minn over GB in week 16 SEA over SF in week 17 GB and Minn wins in week 17
  12. We agree that the caveats are legitimate, I just don't see it as a problem. They don't need to be paper champions in October. Just earn your way to the tournament and see what happens. Enjoy the ride man and fret about February in February, should it get here.
  13. Not trying to call you out specifically, but that last sentence is why I have to chuckle at these folks who feel the need to dissect every single win as "not good enough". If the Packers win on Monday, the excuse will be, "well that didn't count enough because Dalvin Cook didn't play", just like they did with Mahomes out. Until they beat the Patriots on the road by 25, people are going to find excuses as to why they can't call their wins "good enough". I don't quite understand why the Packers have to "look the part". Can't we just enjoy that they are winning? If they go one and done in the playoffs, so be it. It'll be a successful season in my opinion. I don't understand this obsession with having to look good enough to win in the NFCG in October and November and now early-December. Worry about the NFCG when it gets here, but for goodness sakes, enjoy the ride while you're on it.
  14. If Rams win out and Vikings lose out, the Rams get the 6 seed based on better winning percentage in conference games.
  15. Grabbing the back of your knee seemingly more often than not, to be a ligament issue, no?
  16. That's not the argument and never has been. Over the course of a season, talent will cause teams to rise to the top. The argument has always been that scheme could overcome talent gaps over 60 minutes, once in a while. It happens consistently enough at collegiate athletics and every level of athletics.
  17. Well that, and the fact that Fields is about 1000 times better than Jack Coan. Do you feel the scheme is limited by what Coan can do? 100% Fair enough. I don't think it's 100%. I look at the first half and that scheme seemed fully capable. :shrugs:
  18. Well that, and the fact that Fields is about 1000 times better than Jack Coan. Do you feel the scheme is limited by what Coan can do?
  19. Coaching and scheming. That's the difference. 2 guys blocking 4. Plain and simple
  20. 3rd and 2...who knew the inside run to Groshek was coming? Show of hands...
  21. They overcame it for literally 40 minutes. I don't understand this continued "talent gap" take.
  22. I'll take a scoop of vanilla with an extra scoop of vanilla please.
  23. 3rd and 18 and we have a play call from Leonhard that includes the CB playing 19yds off the receiver and retreating as the play develops. I just don't get it. So tired of this movie.
  24. Did we really just run off-tackle on 3rd and 7 in that situation?
  25. I didn't like those play calls after the holding penalty. Almost seemed resigned to the long field goal attempt.
