Hart needs to hammer that hanger!
  2. bobskube
Now I question Yost-Why are not any of our lefties batting?

Weeks is fine except for RISP. He doesn't look half as clueless as Hall. In fact, I got a felling if Rick gets a chance in the 9th-Watch out!

Hall needs a benching similar to what happened to Jenks last year. A week off may be in order to get things sorted out.

I know it has been noted many times by me, but something has been wrong with Hall's approach since mid-April. He quite simply cannot square on the ball.

What else could go wrong? I mean, this is becoming ridiculous. Nothing is going the right way...I mean nothing. This next AB by Braun could be monstrous for the team as well as his confidence. This could be the best thing or the worst thing for this team at this time. I am shaking.

This might be the thing we were looking for to get us going. Nice job by Cappy and great managing by Yost. Sometimes we should acknowledge Yosty when he does well. ATTA BOY!

Did I just see the wave at the park? That's embarrassing when we are in a jam and need some support. So much for our fans being attentive. It is no better than Wrigley people on their cell phone.

I still really believe in this team, but are people jumping ship? Is everyone at the game or grilling today? It is a pretty pathetic IGT today and I was just wondering.

Can anyone help me out here? I am really speechless for the first time ever. Why are we so bad now all at once? Everything is bad. Defense, pitching, baserunning, managing, plate discipline, and hitting all bad. Bill Hall continues to make me wonder too. Is there any good news out there besides the Central being god awful?

I am watching to see not how Yovani does, but if he does it. If Sheets can't pitch Tuesday, he seems like an obvious replacement to me. Keep an eye on this as it progresses.

    ESTRADA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
  13. bobskube
    I agree.

I'll give these guys a pass tonight. They will win plenty because of them throughout the year. Although, estrada should be flip flopped with Jenkins. Let's focus the venom on underachievers like Hall, our team MVP and former cleanup hitter.

I think with CV pitching today and him not being stretched out means that if Sheets can't go that Yo will make a spot start. Watch tomorrow and see if he starts for Nashville because that is his due day.

I have been his biggest basher on this site. Tried reverse psychology. He is really, really, bad now. He is Mench bad. I don't think I can go much lower.

The Great Cla Meredith! This is bad. Real bad.
  18. bobskube
    Maybe not.

Bill Hall is trying to pull everything and is fouling hittable pitches back when he gets a chance. He is really laboring. I think this inning he turns it around.
  20. bobskube
He has averaged 92 pitches and he gets gassed. He was at 93 pitches today and you keep him in...I just dont know. I bet money on this game that we would win and the three times I have bet, the Crew has won. This may be the end.
  21. bobskube
Huge chance last inning will kill us. I agree with Bill for once...Hardy should have tried to go other way.
  22. bobskube
Vargas has been getting away with murder. He in no way should have started this inning.
  23. bobskube
Maybe if the Cubs put a little pressure on us, we will turn it up tomorrow. Tomorrow is a must win.
  24. bobskube
With all off-speed pitches tonight except for except Bell. It made sense to bring someone in with heat. Bell did not face top of order so their timing was off. Great call by Bud Black.

I would rather face Hoffman with these guys. We will see. Hopefully, I am wrong.
