Arnold called up Perkins and gave us like 6 automatic outs in the lineup. How does he keep skating by with no blame?
  2. trwi7
Sounds like a Yankees home game.
  3. trwi7
THE PART OF THE LINEUP THAT CAN ACTUALLY HIT
  4. trwi7
Even if that was a ball which it clearly wasn't, that would have been a good challenge just because of how high leverage it was.
  5. trwi7
It's a stars and scrubs lineup but we took away a couple stars and replaced them with a couple more scrubs.
  6. trwi7
We pinch ran Vaughn only to have the pinch runner never advance another base.
  7. trwi7
We lead the league by a mile in wasting pitches by showing bunt and pulling back and it's infuriating.
  8. trwi7
First pitch against their bullpen lmao

Don't know how anyone watched him as a reliever in the playoffs last year and thought he should be anything but that. His stuff is way better in short stints and he doesn't really have a starter's arsenal. Let him work a couple innings every few days and he's a relief ace. That's more valuable than a #5 starter.

    His last 10 games he's .286/.390/.457

I'll take Ortiz's defense and the tiny chance of him randomly running into one over Hamilton getting himself down in the count all the time by trying and failing horribly to bunt.
  12. trwi7
I'm not 100% sure that would have been overturned anyways just based on that view.
  13. trwi7
Nothing like the excited feeling of getting a base runner only for the come down of realizing Rengifo and Hamilton are next up.
  14. trwi7
That took forever considering how obvious it was.

The All-Star Game is in Philly this year. He should be an All-Star even if he had an 8 ERA just based on how the Phillies reacted to him being one last year.
  16. trwi7
Turang didn't lose that challenge Brian. He wasn't the one challenging the call.
  17. trwi7
He had a cut on his knee. You could see the spot on his pants.
  18. trwi7
That was a really dumb slide.
  19. trwi7
    Marshmallows and anything marshmallow adjacent.
  20. trwi7
    Counterpoint: Marshmallows are disgusting.
  21. trwi7
Great look by that fan giving the suck it crotch chop and the double bird after the Brewers cut the deficit to 3. Clown.
  22. trwi7
Literally no idea why he's so worried about the runners. Get the guys at the plate out and you don't have to worry.
  23. trwi7
Bunting on an 0-2 count. That's a bold strategy, Cotton.
  24. trwi7
Dillard just said "doved" so his tenuous grasp on the English language is now completely gone.
  25. trwi7
lol at Murphy thinking Hamilton was going to be a breakout guy.
