  1. It sort of worked out but having guys who crush lefty pitching coming up behind Belt with a guy who gets crushed by them probably isn't a good idea.
  2. Dillard is awful at this. His funny guy stuff isn’t nearly as funny as it seemed to be a few years ago
  3. I sometimes get The channel has jumped to live TV to allow TV viewing or recording on the DVR receiver alerts on my TV (even though there is no other TV on and I'm not recording anything) where the screen goes blank and it usually happens at the worst possible time but this time it happened during that stupid song and everything's coming up Milhouse. The only disappointment is it didn't stay on through that stupid Yelich American Family Insurance commercial.
  4. We're at the point where you can't even trust Urias to fill in as a backup SS once every few weeks.
  5. Whoever this announcer is just referred to Jake Cousins and Justin Topa as superstars and I have to mute it now. There's being a homer and then there's that.
  6. lol what? Maybe I watched the wrong replay, wasn't it just short of the wall in right by the picnic area? It was a ball that was not hit particularly hard that had an expected BA of .010. It was a routine fly ball to a part of the park that made it seem more dangerous than it actually was.
  7. Is there a reason Williams can't pitch tonight? Like, yeah, ideally you wouldn't have to use him but options are limited to mostly scrubs due to our COVID list right now and you can always rest him more when we get some guys back.
  8. You knew the game was over when Belt didn't get the bunt down on a 3-1 count. He tried to give us a gift and it didn't quite happen.
  9. Lauer getting the Maddux and Glavine corner despite being nowhere near the zone for the majority of this inning.
  10. Can see why Lynn has a sub 2 ERA if he gets calls like that.
  11. Reds bullpen has coughed it up, now 9-8 Mets top of the eighth. Best part of this game is Gary Cohen talking about Skyline chili.
