My first six picks mock:

[DHonks]

I think I'll chime in. I would love a high school arm. I'd love a college arm. But I'd also love a bunch of bats. We have 9 picks before the 6th round, so I'd expect us to have at least 4 pitchers, 1 catcher, 1 3b, and some SS/1b/OF.

I would hope that of the first 9 picks the Brewers select 7 pitchers, 1 catcher, and 1 shortrstop. Its time for a influx of pitching.

Jack Z has averaged .5 pitchers before round 3 in his 1st 8 drafts. If he drafted 3 pitchers before round 3 this year, that would be a massive influx of pitching compared to usual.

Sheets comp: Sonny Gray, but it seems as though he's heading to Vanderbilt.

Potential fast-moving HS pitcher targeted for round 2: Quinton Miller.

Jeremy Sowers comp: Tyler Stovall

Brett Anderson comp: Brett DeVall

Brett Anderson comp: Brett DeVall

Any chance DeVall is there at 32?
