The reds/cards game is a battle of epic proportions. If the Reds steal the game there only 1/2 game back.

REDS LOSE 2-1 Go crew Tonight

I was starting to wonder while sitting here at work: should I actually root for the Reds there? If the Cards lose, we're 5.5 back out of the division if we win tonight with only the Reds in between. With a win tonight, we'd be 4 back in the wild card, while obviously closer than 5.5 games, there's still 4 teams in between us. It seems that maybe we should be rooting for the Cards here (maybe not now cause with a win we'd still be 6.5 back, not that rooting for a team affects the outcome)

Yeah, I'm starting to think that myself. The Cards are looking FAR less invincible this year. Considering there's only a game or 2 difference between GB for WC and GB for division, the division is much more attainable.

im still rooting for the cards... and then hope teams like the pirates (swept them) and cubs can beat em.. u know and then the mets dodgers .. the cards will lose that lead.

 

start with the WC and baby steps
