I don't know if it's psychological or what, but doesn't it just seem like Jenks should permanently NOT be batting #3? He was looking comfortable, found his groove batting lower in the lineup, then he gets moved back to #3 and so far, it looks like the hot streak is subsiding. Maybe he's just not a 3-hitter??

Phew, still have the lead. A 1/3 day by Neifi following his 3/4 day. That should keep him in the lineup everyday until mid August, knowing Dusty.

Does anyone else want to just smack Bill right now for mentioning that 1 on, 2 out was where they did the damage last inning -- right before that double? Gosh Bill, at least be SOMEWHAT superstitious!!

My guy Rickie could not flag that grounder down, the next guy Jones doubles in the run.

Had Rickie come up with he would have thrown him out says Uecker...That's baseball...

Darn it! Grrrrrrrrrrr. That' alright Rickie will win this with his bat...hopefully.

Even if the bottom of the order doesn't get any runs here, it would at least be nice if they could force Z to throw 15-20 pitches to get his pc over 100.

God Bless you Cirillo, You may point up at the sky if you wish, and you can stay in Milwaukee as long as you want!

In other games, Matt Stairs just hit the potential game winning homer in the top of the 9th to break a 7-7 tie. Royals 9, Reds 7, middle of the 9th
