Well, if we go by the splits, it looks like George of the Rose is only gonna give up about 3 hits, looks like a win for the crew http://forum.brewerfan.net/images/smilies/smile.gif

an interesting battle of pitchers with decent stuff who for some reason like to sit back and nibble out there. Whoever nibbles least, but rather gets their heater over early in the count, will win

I gotta believe that Jorge understands that tonight's game could be a major step for the rest of his career...here's hoping he steps up

Do you really think Santos has good stuff DHonks? I always viewed him as an innings eater with very average stuff. No real chance of breaking out and being a good pitcher but not a big chance of falling apart either. I thought that last year would be the last we would need a starter like that but now I kind of miss the vampire.

since the odds for catastrophe are so overwhlemingly high for both teams headed into this game, i say it will probably be a 1-0 complete game for both pitchers

Am I the only one who sees the striking similarity between the "game faces" of Jorge and the Vampire? I swear you put facial hair on Jorge and their weird grunt faces look exactly the same.

How disappointing. I turned on the Brewers Pre-Game show to see Craig Coshun talking with Corey Hart so I assumed he was getting the start before I went to USA Today to see the lineup. Oh well, lets go King George!

No offense, but I'd rather have Jenks, Lee, or Clark get the start over Hart. I have no problem with Hart getting a PH shot over a guy like Gross though.

I am very excited about JLDR getting a start. I am also feeling nervous and sick to my stomach too.

I have NO idea what to expect.

Too bad, I was really hoping that Prince would be moved up to the 3-spot in the order. If Jenkins keeps struggling it has to come soon.

My prediction: Jorge throws a 1-hitter through 6.
