Draft pick compensation question

I know the basic rules for draft pick compensation but I can't answer this one- What kind of compensation would the Brewers get if the Yankees turn around and sign both C.C. and Sheets this offseason? I don't think this is out of the realm of possibility, and I don't remember seeing this covered in the other posts.

Two comp picks after the first round, and the Yankees' 1st and 2nd round picks...unless they'd sign a higher ranked FA, then 3rd round.

 

Teams are limited to signing 3 Type A & B FA's, unless there are more than 40 (or 60) Type A and B's total.
